Bright and spacious fully renovated. Magical 180 ° sea views from outside and inside.
5 bedrooms including 2 parental suites (the one on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility). 4 shower rooms. 4 WCs including 2 independent. Large terraces, 1 of which is located upstairs with SPA Jacuzzi, accessible by an external staircase and from the interior. Large dining room, living room with wood stove, beautiful well-equipped kitchen, small gym, laundry room, bicycle storage room.
Large shaded garden (2000m2) at the front and back of the house.
Deckchairs, tables and garden furniture, barbecue & gas plancha, swing, bikes.

You can park in the garden, as well as your boat trailer. Some bikes are at your disposal.
Located at the tip of the oyster farmer village of Pencadenic, near the boat slip (free launch) with shuttle to cross the Penerf river and access Damgan. You will discover an authentic place located between the Gulf of Morbihan and Guérande in southern Brittany, opposite the chapel and the port of Penerf (Damgan). Direct access to the sea. Sandy beach about 3 km away.

5 bedrooms, 2 of which are located on the ground floor: 1 adapted disabled sea view parental suite with walk-in shower, adapted toilet and 160 cm bed. The second bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 90 cm beds. Separate shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with magnificent sea view and access to the jacuzzi terrace, 160 cm bed, walk-in shower and wc. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed and has 2 sea views. The fifth bedroom has 2 beds of 90 cm and a cot (small sea view). A fourth bathroom is upstairs as well as a separate toilet. A small gym gives access to the Jaccuzi terrace.

Located at the tip of the oyster farmer village of Pencadenic, near the boat slip (free launching), you will discover an authentic place between the Gulf of Morbihan and Guérande in southern Brittany, opposite the chapel and the port of Penerf (Damgan). You will taste oysters directly from the producers and meet the fishermen there. From June to September, the Passeur shuttle will take you across the Penerf river to reach Damgan.

You can park in the garden, as well as your boat trailer. Some bikes are at your disposal. You can also rent them in the village.

Très belle maison, très confortable et bien équipée.Très beau cadre avec bcp de balades à pied ou en vélo (dispo dans l’appentis) . Ostréiculteurs à 2 pas, à profiter sans modération. De très nombreux points d’intérêt : le golfe du Morbihan, les îles du Ponant, le parc de Branféré, les mégalithes de Carnac,…Ayant qq pbs familiaux, la propriétaire a été très compréhensive et a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Très belle villa en front de mer correspondant à l'annonce voire même plus.

La villa est bien supérieure aux photos proposées, de par ses prestations hi-tech, sa superficie, son cadre. Mais surtout le parc nous offrant chaque matin et soir une incroyable vue sur la mer. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de visiter et découvrir les charmes de la presqu'île via les chemins côtiers (bonne signalétique) ou en bateau. Randonneur novice au début beaucoup moins à la fin du séjour. A chaque fois un spectacle différent de la nature, du golf du Morbihan suivant les reflets du soleil, de la lune sur la mer. Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines, 2 prévues au préalable. Sans oublié l'accueil chaleureux, souriant, bienveillant de Mme Vidal et la confiance des propriétaires pour cette opportunité. Une garantie de passer des vacances formidables.

Propriété conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, de l'accueil à l'état des lieux de sortie gérés par une hôte charmante. Un grand plus pour les fainéantes de cuisine, la buvette au pied de la propriété qui nous a permis de récupérer des plats locaux (moules marinières, huitres, galettes) pour les déguster sur la terrasse face à la rivière. Bref un excellent séjour, à recommander.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. La vue sur le jardin et la mer est magnifique. L’arrivée un peu surprenante car cale de bateaux mais bien située pour sillonner le golfe du Morbihan. Propreté , confort et belles chambres. Dommage que les cabanons à huîtres étaient souvent fermés.. mais hors saison.. Je recommande
