The property worked out perfectly for our stay in Nashville. The most important things in the house were clean for our stay (towels and bedding) but the house as a whole appeared to be surface cleaned. The house also had very strong odors of pets. Having said that, the process was easy and Lynn was easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice rooms. Lots of open space. Loved the big porch for sitting outside. Did not get to enjoy the backyard but it was available for use. Just need to reenforce the front porch railing.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

House was roomy and very comfortable. It had one of the best appointed kitchens we have stayed in. Parking not the best, but we adapted.

Convenient short drive to Vanderbilt and nearby locations. Host is incredibly responsive which was a life saver when the Vrbo app/website went down and I could not access my messages.

Great for groups

They allowed us an early Checkin when a few people were arriving early. The stay was extremely comfortable. When one of our friends left something their after checkout the point of contact was over there right away and mailed it to us that day.

Best July 4th - Independence Day Celebration ever!

We had a phenomenal stay! The large spaces were perfect for our group to hang out, and the house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we were thankful to have enough beds for everyone. The location was perfect - a quick 5 min Uber to Broadway and close to the Parthenon. Communication with the host was great from the moment we booked to when we checked out. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent spot for a bachelor party weekend

I loved this place. Big and spacious, more than enough room for our group of 9 people, plus there was at least another couch or two available (great for big groups!). House has all the amenities that you need. Neighborhood is...up and coming. Perhaps wouldn't venture out too far at night. BUT ride shares were super easy to find at all times of the day, and it's in a prime location to get all over Nashville in a short car ride. If I ever have to go back to Nashville for a big group event, I would 100 percent recommend the group to look here.

The house is beautiful and spacious

The house is just as listed online. I came down with 12 adults and the stay was great. The house had everything you needed from plates to cups, sliverware and pots and pans to accommodate a large group. It was spacious and clean and the owner was fast and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again

The perfect place for a group

This home was incredible. It was very clean, the check in process was easy and the communication with the owner was easy and quick. We were arriving ahead of check in time so they were sure to accommodate us. The open floor plan was great for the group we were having and allowed us to all gather in one place to eat and hang out. The front porch was nice to gather at night. The drive into Broadway was short and quick. We got UberXL and at most it was $15.00 a trip. We went during a pandemic so while most places were closed or operating at 50% we spent most of the time at the house and still had a blast! Thank you for opening your home to us!

The house was just what we needed.

House was very clean plenty of room and AC worked great. Plenty of TVs, just make sure you have a Roku, Netflix account and you be all set. The beds were very comfortable. The couches slept well too. One little suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows. They fell flat pretty easy. Otherwise we enjoyed our trip to Nashville and the short Uber rides pretty much everywhere was a bonus.

You can be in the middle of everything Nashville in 10 minutes. You can slip back home in minutes no matter how crowded the city is. When I saw this home it took less than five minutes to decide to buy it. I wanted to enjoy Nashville without the drama of getting in and out of town. I wanted a place where my friends could come to my place to enjoy indoor and outdoor celebrations. I figured I wouldn't be the only one who was looking for the best kind of Nashville experience.

What makes this property unique

You could walk out of Titan stadium at the end of a game or a great night on Broadway. You can easily walk in your front door ten minutes matter how crazy busy it is downtown. If you Uber , the trip would cost about $7.00
