Between Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, rejuvenation and full of energy at the Domaine de La Barre Saint-Michel, in an "Acacia" chalet fully equipped in the heart of a wooded park bordered by centuries-old oaks.
Stay with family or friends up to 5 people. Take your meals on the terrace, under the trees or picnic by the 11ha private pond.
Take advantage of the swimming pool (2 pools, 1 of which is covered), mini-golf, pony rides, trampoline, carp fishing. Around, on the border of Anjou and Poitou, discover numerous castles, monuments, zoos, classified Romanesque churches, festivals all year round.

Un très joli cadre de verdure

Venus 4 jours pour le FLIP, nous n'avons pas pris le temps de profiter de toutes les activités du domaine (nous n'avons fait qu'une partie du joli mini-golf) mais nous avons apprécié le cadre de verdure et le calme. 4 jours, c'est trop court mais nous reviendrons certainement pour profiter un peu de plus du domaine.

Un superbe cadre en pleine nature ! Sur 4 jours nous sommes resté uniquement sur le site de Franck. Ballade à poney avec la fille de Franck autour de l étang pour découvrir la faune et la flore, kayak sur le lac, mini golf, piscine, pétanque, atelier pour les enfants autant d activités pour les grands et les petits. Franck a été d une grande gentillesse, et a toujours disponible et bienveillant. Nous recommandons ce site reposant et qui nous a permis de déconnecter complètement. On garde cette adresse bien précieusement

A mixed bag

The accommodation was clean but basic and outdated. We stayed in a 5 bed which was fine for 2 but not big enough for 5. Necessities we’re there but rudimentary - one plug socket per bedroom and Only two in the combined kitchen/living area. The shower cubicle was flimsy and small, not only bending under-foot but also causing the shower head to fall down when you touched the rear panel. We asked the owner to fix this, which he did promptly with electrical tape. Hot water only lasts for one short shower before the hot tank must reheat for a few hours. The double bed in the main bedroom is sandwiched between two walls meaning a 6ft man touches both ends. The lake on site is large, beautiful and available for walks as well as kayaking and fishing at certain times. The covered+heated and outdoor pools are very clean but again basic and need re-doing. Overall the venue has activities for families but needs a lot of updating to bring it up modern standards.
