La Petite Maison Bleue - New Gite with heated pool
La Petite Maison Bleue is a Gite and is furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The grounds are approached via blue iron gates onto a large gravel driveway with ample parking within the grounds. The whole area is fenced and gated making it safe for children to play.
Located in the Village of Noize, close to Thouars in Deux Sevres - Nouvelle Aquitaine. This is a beautiful 2-bedroom Gite, which is beautifully furnished and set in gardens with a heated Swimming Pool.
Outside, you will find an abundance of flowers plus a large lawn next to the fabulous heated Swimming Pool with its surround for sunbathing and relaxing.
You will enjoy sole use of the terrace and pool if the house on site is occupied by owners, who, if onsite, will be very discreet.
The heated swimming pool area has lighting for night-time use. A great area to eat 'Al Fresco' on those long summer evenings. There is a BBQ and additional furnished patio area for your use only.
All holidaymakers will be greeted on arrival at the property by our ourselves or our agent. You will be given 24/7 local emergency telephone numbers. A Welcome Pack on arrival will be provided (if staying for 7 nights or more). Freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. The holiday home is maintained to highest standards. For your health and safety, the swimming pool is cleaned regularly, and the grounds maintained regularly. High chairs, stair gates, folding beds, and other essential needs (if required).

Why they chose this property
We bought the house in a derelict state and after many years of work we have created the house and gite you see today. We found the area when caravanning and through friends. After 20 years we still love the area and find more and more every time. It has a totally private garden and is very quiet all the time. We regard it as our home now as much as in UK. It is well located for the Loire Valley and the Chateaux, Puy du Fou theme park is one hour away as is Futuroscope near Poitiers. There is an excellent zoo 40 minutes away. Lots to do and see.
What makes this property unique
The house sits on large open plain and enjoys a huge bowl of sky. I never get bored of it. The sunsets over the sunflowers are amazing. The night sky, with no light pollution, is awesome. Satellite watching is a recurring pastime. Shooting stars are common. Although on a plain there are river valleys, such as the river Thouet, 2km from the house, which are delightful.
