Nestled at the highest elevation in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, this Apex Residence in Park City offers elevated alpine living and unparalleled access to the largest mountain resort in the country.

This new, modern, three-story townhome is designed for family celebrations and casual weekend escapes, for coming together with those closest to you. Sleeps 14 comfortably, with three king-size bedrooms, a bunk room, and second family room with king-size convertible sofa. This unit has a spacious, open floor plan, ~3,200 sq. feet, with interiors that flow into multiple outdoor living areas and offer ample space for watching the action on the slopes or star-gazing on a summer’s night.

This unit has a private hot tub, parking, patio with fire pit, and is ski-in/ski-out. Located at the based of Canyons, with shops and restaurants within steps; and less than 10 minutes from Old Town center.

There is also a slope-side Apex Clubhouse, which features a pool, terrace tables with fire pits, cocktail lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, steam room and sauna, and treatments rooms offer wellbeing experiences after a day on the trails. Meanwhile, a game room keeps kids happy for entire afternoons.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fabulous stay in February 2025. The house fit us and a couple of other families comfortably, and was one of the most well-appointed properties we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The view was fantastic, the kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub was ready and inviting, and the ski room was a nice bonus. The ski in/ski out location was perfect for exploring the Canyons side of the mountain, and the kids enjoyed the Apex pool and game room for apres ski. Kate and the property managers were extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues. We would definitely stay again the next time we are skiing in Park City.

There were 10 of us, family ski vacation. It was fabulous. Plenty of space for all of us. Easy ski in/ out. Location was great. Walk down to restaurants easy ( not so easy walking back😀). Would highly recommend this condo. Great communication with owner and resort manager. Thank you. We will be back.

Apex Park City Spring Break 2025

10/10 is all I have to say. Panoramic views at the top of the canyons where you can enjoy sunrises and almost 360 degree views of the resort . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kate’s condo. Space was plenty spacious and perfect for our families and even had a separate kids hangout downstairs. Beautifully appointed and modern. Clubhouse and pool/hot tub were super convenient and so nice !!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay . Thank you Kate !!

Great Unit and location

The unit itself is well laid out and great for a group. Location can't be beat. However, the unit was very dirty. floors were covered in dirt, kitchen cabinets all have old food particles in them and drawers in the bedrooms had old candy/candy wrappers. If they can pay a little more attention to cleaning and details this would be a great place to stay.

Amazing and unbelievable stay in Park City Utah

Had such an amazing time at Kate's home in Park City. The house is brand new! Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Very warm with the multiple fireplaces and hot tub! Very spacious bedrooms including three master suites with en-suite bathrooms. Large bedroom downstairs with 6 bunk beds was super comfortable. The house was right off the main gondola. We skied right out the front door! Would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back! Thanks Kate!

Exceeded Expectations

The location couldn’t have been better. True ski in/ski out and very comfortably accommodated 12. Kate was an awesome host. Super attentive, clear and easy directions with check in and anything we needed during our stay was handled immediately. The clubhouse was 3 doors down so very ideal proximity and our 10 and 12 yo loved hanging out there. The shuttle service was easy and convenient with the app to get to base. The house lacked nothing - everything from blankets to bedding to towels for spa, to a stocked to the nines kitchen. Highly recommend Kate’s place!

Perfect location. Beautiful home. Amazing views from every room. The kids loved the bunk bed room & the jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing. Parking (w/car in the garage) is inconvenient if you have a large car, or more than one, and a few cleaning issues, but over all a great stay & we really enjoyed our time

We had a great time in this property. The house/condo was beautiful and large enough to accommodate 14 people (3 families). Opem spaces and beautifully decorated. Ski in ski out literally!! Opem the door and jump in your skis. Communication with the owner was great. She was very helpful with our needs and questions. Absolutely loved the house and planning on coming back. The club house is steps away and has a pool, game room etc.

We had the best experience renting this beautiful and perfectly located luxury ski on ski off townhouse for our family. The home was brand new, beautifully designed, and in the best ski on ski off location in Canyons Village. The clubhouse is only a few doors down with its pool and gym. We had some deliveries made while we were there and it was very convenient. The owner and property manager made every logistic clear and so easy and they were excellent with their communication. A fantastic COVID-friendly vacation with direct access to the house from outside or their garage. We cannot recommend this rental more highly!!

Sensational property

Apex 1402 is an overall spectacular condo. The view from the family room window take your breath away. We enjoyed being able to see the orange bubble lines each morning to time our departure for the slopes. Walk out the front door, put on your skis and off you go straight to the lift. End of day, ski literally back to the front door by a private pathway just for Apex. Doesn’t get much better than that. Due to Covid, we stayed in and cooked every night. Fantastic selection of cookwear and accessories. Comfy beds, great sound system, great fireplaces. We enjoyed the private hot tub. The sofa and the dining table both easily accommodated 10 adults. Did I mention the boot warmer? Ski/snowboard storage right off the front door held all of our gear and kept it out of the main house. The owner, Kate is super responsive and lovely to rent from. Do yourself a favor and select this one but shhh....keep it our secret!

Amazing Property and Owners

I can’t say enough about this property. We had high expectations as we were staying with our kids (18, 21, 23) for 6 weeks. The property has lots of room and allowed for everyone to have private space. The location of this property is the best in all of Apex. It’s unobstructed mountain views makes the condo feel more like a stand alone home while being a few feet from the beautiful clubhouse and pool. The main LV/Kitchen has floor to ceiling windows and makes you feel like you’re living outdoors. It’s so beautiful. On top of that, the owner Kate was communicative, accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. No request went unfulfilled and she was the perfect host! At the end of our stay I felt like I was leaving my home and my friend Kate, a true sign of a good stay!

Best trip ever!

We had very high expectations for this property and it surpassed them in every way. The house was immaculate and it was a perfect layout for our group with plenty of space and privacy. Kate (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with and she had a couple a nice bottles of wine waiting for us upon our arrival and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Fingers crossed we can come back next year!
