On the ground floor an entrance with cupboard, a large living room with sofa, a large table, a fireplace, a small lounge with sofa, armchairs, a reading corner, TV, radio, WIFI.
The kitchen is fully furnished and overlooks the west side terrace. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. The veranda is 24 m2 on the east side and overlooks the large garden at the back of the house.
The house is ideal for 2 families. The advantage of this place is the nearby hiking trails (GR) on the cliffs and the beach of Carolles that you can see at the end of the street in 7 minutes on foot, or in 5 minutes by car to the car park. beach, Mont Saint Michel at approx. 30km. of Carolles.

Fantastique

La maison est très spacieuse avec un très grand terrain. On se gare facilement à 3 ou 4 voitures dans l'allée d'entrée. Les lits sont très confortables, la véranda est un endroit magnifique et pour la première fois il ne manquait RIEN en ustensiles dans la maison. Tous les couteaux coupent, les machines (à laver et lave vaisselle) m'ont rendu jalouse, beaucoup mieux que les miennes. La WIFI est impeccable, les propriétaires mettent à disposition un router que nous avons installé à l'étage. Les salles de bains sont très bien également, modernes et spacieuses (il n'y a que le bidet qui ne fonctionne pas). L'endroit est absolument fantastique, nous avons fait des balades à couper le souffle! La plage est à 8 minutes à pied, il faut par contre être en forme physiquement parce qu'il y a un grand nombre de marches d'un très long escalier à descendre (et à remonter!). Si on veut l'éviter, on peut prendre la route mais c'est beaucoup moins joli et plus long (17 minutes). L'environnement de la maison est très calme, on n'entend rien et on se croit dimanche tous les jours. Il y a un petit supermarché et une boulangerie (ouverts tous les jours!) que l'on peut atteindre à pied dans 15 minutes. Nous avons fait les grandes courses à Granville, 20 min en voiture. Pour avoir un peu d'animation le soir, on peut aller sur la plage (ou sur la digue) à Jullouville qui est à 30 minutes à pied. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, crêperies, glaciers et bars. Et les propriétaires sont vraiment super !

Maison très agréable dans un coin à découvrir!

Pour un premier séjour dans la Manche, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, bien située, grande, bien équipée et pratique. Elle est au calme, mais tout proche de la mer et de la plage, offrant des possibilité de balades, baignades, activités sportives, visites culturelles - ou de ne rien faire de spécial et profiter au calme de son temps de vacances. L'accueil est très agréable, efficace et sans problème. Merci à Caroline et Stéphanie!

Magnifique séjour

Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la maison. A 6 personnes, nous avions assez de place pour que chacun ait son espace. La véranda est vraiment le grand plus de la maison, véritable puits de lumière qui mène au jardin). Maison très lumineuse. Mon petit-fils de 30 mois a apprécié courir dans le jardin (devant et derrière la maison) en toute sécurité car le jardin est bien cloisonné. La plage est accessible à pieds. Comptez environ 7 minutes à pieds pour la vue panoramique et ensuite il y a des marches qui mènent à la plage. Je recommande aux personnes qui sont un peu justes physiquement d'aller en voiture à la plage (vraiment à 5 minutes). Nous nous souvenons encore de la remontée des marches ! La maison a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous y reviendrons dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Proche Granville et Mt St Michel. Beaux sentiers randonnees

Le plus, grande véranda utilisée tous les jours. Beau jardin. Situation un peu éloignée de la mer. Accessible à pied pour les plus grands.
