Kassy's Place is in the Lost Creek Development in the heart of Hochatown. It is just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all Hochatown has to offer—without the worries of getting lost. This is a gorgeous 2622 sq. ft. cabin built by Kevin and Krissa Perry, owners of Lost Creek. This cabin offers spacious gravel parking in the front with plenty of room for a boat.
Kassy's Place is a one bedroom suite. The front door opens up into a open concept kitchen, dining and living room design with the floors covered in warm post oak hard wood. The spacious living room consist of vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth sound bar.
This one bedroom master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed covered in luxurious bedding, wall-mounted fifty-eight-inch smartTV as well as its own spacious
very romantic En Suite bathroom. In the En Suite bathroom, guest will enjoy beautiful marble counters with dual sinks, luxurious dimming lighting, floor to ceiling glass showers, a soaking tub sitting in front of a glass wall looking out into the spacious outdoor shower, that is only accessible through the En Suite and is surrounded by an eight-foot privacy wall but open to the sky above.
This fully equipped kitchen is made up of all black stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances and marble counter tops. Other state of the art extras includes a pull-out drawer microwave, a full coffee bar with a small starter kit to get you through your first morning. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with provided detergents for guests to use during their stay.
This already amazing layout just keeps getting better as you walk out through the master suites glass french doors onto the large covered deck. The deck includes a stainless-steel grill, outdoor couch sitting in front of the gas fire place that has a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth compatible sound bar hanging over the mantle —great for a romantic evening watching your favorite movie or just music by the fire.
Just off the main deck under the trees is the fire pit area, (firewood supplied) with seating, to enjoy the natural outdoor surroundings with your loved one (firewood supplied). There is also a HochaLife corn hole game that can be used on the spacious deck or out on the property. There are endless things to do without ever leaving your cabin. To top off your evening, take a nice long soak in our four-person hot tub on the main deck, and enjoy the surrounding. All of this will make your stay one you will never want to end!
