Stay Away From Vacasa

The property was exactly as presented, clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. The communications with Vacasa, the property manager, was nonexistent, they did not respond to any means of communication. This is a 5 star property with a ZERO Star management company. We have used VRBO for years, many times per year and the only problems we have had are with Vacasa managed homes. Stay away from Vacasa!

Beautiful ocean front property.

This house was just beautiful, and the view was awesome. We sat on the couch and watched boats of all sizes head out for the day. All appliances high-end and granite countertops that looked like art. My only suggestion is with everything so high end, it would be nice to have soap dishes and kleenex in the bathrooms.

Relaxing waterfront home

We loved having every window look out to the channel where we watched the boats come and go to the Atlantic! Very clean, super comfortable beds and nicely stocked home. Lots of places to sunbathe and sit outside. The Cabana Club right down the street provides a huge pool and swimming beach. Tons of excellent restaurants to get local seafood.

Excellent and so much fun!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and the views were beautiful! We had manatee and dolphin greeting us every morning from the dock. The house had all of the amenities we needed and more. The Wifi kind of went out a few times but it ended up fine. Key Colony beach area is so pretty and everyone is so nice. Loved it and will definitely go back!
