It is ideally located for skiers, hikers, and bikers who want to enjoy Deer Valley, and also have easy access to downtown Park City or PCMR. There is a Park City Free Shuttle Stop at the entrance to the condo complex. (by Free Bus: 5 min. to Deer Valley Snow Park, 5 min to Main St, and 10-15 min to PCMR). The mountain modern furnishings make this light and airy bright corner unit easy to call home during your stay. The very Private Hot Tub offers relaxation and beauty any time of day or night. The Main Floor master bedroom includes King Bed, an en suite bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks. The upstairs bedrooms include a King Bed, and down the hall, the second bedroom has a Queen over Queen bunk bed. The spacious divided bathroom for these upstairs bedrooms make it easy to have privacy in Shower and Toilet area, while others enjoy the double sinks. There are Smart TV’s in each bedroom, the Living Room, and the Bonus Lower Level Den. For the Chefs in your group, there is a full set of cookware and utensils compatible with the electric induction stove. The condo has a gas fireplace in the LR. The downstairs Den is equipped with large smart TV, games and comfortable couch. There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement area. The attached garage gives you indoor parking and a convenient place for your sports equipment. The ground floor Gear Hall accessed from the garage is a great place to put gear, boots, accessories, and parcels. The keyless Entry Door Code makes check in and check out seamless. Host was wonderful. She went to an extra effort to accommodate our food delivery and was very responsive to our questions. Her house was really nice and a great location to both deer valley or Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect place for our DV ski trip. Our host was always spot on with details for our stay. Light bright home with new finishes and appliances. It was a real treat being their guest.

Karen's home was perfect for our quick trip to Park City. I only wish we could've stayed longer. The home was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was amazing and provided such a restful sleep after long days. There were so many small details we appreciated like automatic night lights in the halls. I would highly recommend her home to anyone traveling to Park City.
Great property! The owner pays attention to all the details. There was lotion at every sink to help with the dryness, designated hot tub towels, extra pillows, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the key cooking utensils and condiments. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing! The location between Deer Valley and Park City was fantastic. I would come back here anytime!
Perfect condo for a ski vacation with some friends. Karen’s place has everything you need and is 5 - 10 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City mountain, or Main Street.
Great location, very close to Deer Valley ski lifts. You don't need a car but could be helpful to have for groceries, etc. Karen was very easy to work with and willing to help with anything.

So, it was natural that I tried to use it again when I needed to be in Park City for a short visit. The Property Manager was so completely accommodating, that this has quickly risen to the very top of my Wish List for visits to this lovely mountain town.

The condo is very conveniently located midway between Deer Valley and Downtown Park City, both places we frequented during our stay. It is right on the free Park City Bus Line making transportation very easy.
Karen, our host/owner, is one of the most generous of spirit hosts we have yet experienced to date with VRBO and we have had some great hosts! She is extremely thoughtful and meets her guests' needs by checking in and getting curious as to what is needed to make the stay enjoyable. Her property, in a perfect location right in between and an easy walk to Deer Valley & Old Town Park City, is very well-appointed no matter the season or reason for your being in the area! The kitchen has all that you need. The beds are super comfy. The garage and ski/boot room are a perfect transition landing pad as you make your way off the slopes and into the warmth of the place. The hot tub is divine. The great room views have you looking right up the valley to the slopes of Deer Valley or enjoying the beauty of the aspens rt outside your window. The community around is respectful of one another and is a lovely, quiet respite after an exuberant time out in nature. I cannot recommend Karen and her Park City oasis more highly!

This property is great. We had five people and had more than enough room. We skied at Deer Valley and it was a short bus ride to the resort. Also a very short ride to Main Street. Very convenient and easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend this place for a family wanting to ski either DV or PC.

Karen's house is a must stay if you're looking for a clean, modern, well-located home in Park City. She is about 10 minute walk from Main St and even a shorter walk to the base of Deer Valley.
Karen was very responsive and a wonderful host. Her house was incredibly well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with a plethora of cooking supplies.

Nestled into a wooded mountain side out back, and on the interior drive of the HOA property, this place offers serenity and convenience. It's just a few minutes to hiking, biking, skiing, dining, shopping. The new Insides are bright, clean, and comfortable. Depending on where we are going, 3 different Park City Free Bus stops are at the entrance to the Condo Complex.
What makes this property unique
Wonderful location. Provides easy access to Deer Valley, Park City Main Street, and Vail Park City Mountain Resort. Hiking trails, bike trails, skiing, dining, shopping, and a lake in the summer. My home has a very private Hot Tub. Large bedrooms and bright, spacious common areas. Mountain Modern Furnishings give the place color and uniqueness. With all this easy access, it also offers quiet off the Street peace after a wonderful day in the area.
