Just remodeled! Fully updated town home with new kitchen, bathrooms, and living space, including heated floors and gas fireplace. Located in Aspen Wood in the Snow Park area of Lower Deer Valley Resort and a stone's throw to Snow Park Lodge base. The free shuttle bus stop is 15 yards from the house, with Deer Valley ski lifts approximately 1/4 mile away. Deer Valley Direct free car service (like a local Uber) is also available from this location. Park City's Main Street can be reached with just a short ride or 10 minute walk. Park City Ski Resort is less than 1 mile away and on the free shuttle and bus routes. FREE Shuttle buses to all the resorts stop by every 7 minutes.

The layout is ideal for two families of four or three couples. There are 3 private and spacious bedrooms (2 king beds and a bunk room with 4 twins + trundle), each with ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs and separately managed heating/cooling environments.

The house is on 3 levels with approx 2,500 sq ft of space. Each bedroom occupies a different level for the ultimate in privacy. The designer remodel provides a brighter, more modern mountain feel with particular upgrades that include, private hot tub with mountain view, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, smart Roku TVs with Wifi in all bedrooms, large 65" flat screen smart TV with BluRay/DVD and stereo in the living room and wireless broadband internet.

The living room has large over-sized sofas, a large gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, deck and bar.

The private outdoor hot tub is on the upper back deck with open mountain views and is perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day on the slopes. There is a gas grill on the front deck for those BBQ nights.

The master bathroom has a dual showerhead with body showers for four simultaneous shower heads!

The kitchen is fully appointed with both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, crock pots, blenders, mixers, microwave/air fryer/toaster oven combo.

Other amenities include Keurig pods to get you started, tea, and basic condiments, a laundry with washer and dryer in the house and parking for 2 cars.

Ski butler, food delivery and additional housekeeping can be made available upon request. Inquire.

This property is in a great location. Directly across the street is Deer Valley Lodge, where you can easily grab breakfast or lunch, which was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive to any questions and also provided helpful local tips and guides.It’s also very easy to get to the base of the mountain from here — less than half a mile away. Our family of six would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Great townhouse!

We really enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley. The townhome was really close to the Snow Park base so we could walk home after skiing if we wanted to but we used the free shuttle in the morning. Having our own hot tub was really nice as well. Very nice place!

The house and location are excellent!! Fully stocked with everything you need after a day of skiing and plenty of space to relax ! Very easy to get in and out of Deer valley by car or shuttle (particularly with small children!). The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we can’t wait to go back!

House was in very good shape and had great amenities. Didn’t cut corners on items like k-cups, soap, shampoo, laundry and dish detergent which made our trip very easy. It is right on bus route making it very easy for us to travel around town. Would stay here again.

Great Place Near Deer Valley

Our family of four stayed at this condo during our ski vacation at Deer Valley. The location is fantastic and it is within walking distance to Deer Valley and has a Park City bus stop right in front. Deer Valley Grocery is right across the street as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and it had all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend the place and look forward to staying at the condo again during our next ski vacation.

This townhouse is in a great location! Easy access to ski school and the lifts and the Deer Valleycafe/store is right across the street. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. The kids and grown ups loved using the sleds (there are 5) on the hill right behind the townhouse. Kitchen is well stocked. Great tv and DVD player set up. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck too.

Large unit in a very convenient location. The unit is quiet and the 3 level layout provided good privacy for our group. Management was responsive to issues. Only negatives are that the living room furniture could use a refresh and the place / kitchen items could have been cleaner upon arrival. However, an overall positive stay.

PERFECT spot for a family with younger children!

We planned a long weekend to ski Deer Valley and were very happy with the accommodations and location to Deer Valley Lodge. For two adults, and two children this house was perfect. I could definitely see sharing this house another family if we go back again. Cooking in some nights was convenient and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (even take-out menus). Taking the shuttle to the ski lodge was super easy. Plus, we could just check our skis at the end of everyday and jump on the shuttle home. All the drivers were very friendly and there was never much of a wait. The homeowner was great at responding quickly to questions I had while staying there and even gave us a heads up on World Cup events we could watch. We are looking forward to hopefully going back again next year!

The property’s location was super convenient and we appreciated the spacious accommodation. We were disappointed about a few aspects of the booking: 1. The owner texted me the day of arrival to ask if we needed anything. Given the listing said “the house has its own garage,” I thought we’d be able to use it, and I asked about access. But the owner just replied “garage is locked.” No good alternative ski storage. 2. Master bathtub wouldn’t fill - my young children take baths. Owner said that he couldn’t get a plumber to come for over a week — didn’t give me the impression that he was trying too hard to help. His suggestion was that we use a different bathroom. I wasn’t interested in bathing our kids in a tub that friends were using. 3. Showers that alternated between burning you and freezing you in every bathroom. Think this was due to an old or low capacity water heaters. 4. While the living room and kitchen are nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are tired. Particularly uncomfortable master bed. Again, the location and size of the property were positives, but the negative experiences described above mean that we’ll stay elsewhere the next time we visit.

Thomas, You had notified me of the bathtub not filling on a Friday afternoon, 2 days into your 4 night stay. I told you I had called 4 different plumbers but none of them could make it out before you left. Park City is going through a huge construction boom and getting trades people on short notice is nigh on impossible. We have a service contract with a plumbing service and they couldn’t even get out to the house over the weekend. When you texted, I responded right away and kept you up to date on progress of trying to secure a plumber but did not hear back from you. The garage is occupied with our car and other equipment so is kept locked for that reason. You are the first person to have complained about the hot water. There are 2, 50 gal tanks that supply the 3 bathrooms and we have never had issues with hot water. The tanks were just serviced prior to your arrival so we know there are no issues with functionality. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and I hope you find more suitable accommodation in Deer Valley on your next trip. Might I suggest the St Regis or Montage, which might suit your needs better.

Easy to get to the Deer Valley base for skiing with the free shuttle. Nice neighborhoods nearby to walk. Condo comfortable. TV hard to figure out but we finally got it working (in the living room at least!). Kitchen well supplied for cooking!

We have been coming to Park City and Deer Valley for >20 years. We fell in love with the friendly local vibe, awesome snow, great food, and overall convenience. It's amazing in both summer and winter. We love to share our passion and enthusiasm with our guests!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is by far the most convenient for accessing both town and Deer Valley base. It's a short walk to either, and it is on the Deer Valley shuttle route and the free city bus route. It's also <5 minutes away from Park City Mountain. It has the best access to any shopping, whether that be for fun or for necessities - and most importantly, it's easy to get in and out, even when the powder is coming down hard!

We love the summers there too and this neighborhood allows us to reach a myriad of trail heads within a 5 minute walk! Mountain biking is the best anywhere and has easy entry to both public trails and Deer Valley lifts.

What makes this property unique

Our property is has a friendly, homey vibe, and is appointed with fun art features that we have collected over the years.

It is well-appointed with everything you could want for the kitchen. We always have coffee, sugar, and condiments available. We know that stuff is the last thing you want to get when you're away from home.

You will love the spacious layout with large bedrooms, all with on-suite bathrooms! Our hot tub is on a private deck that overlooks the mountain. I love to relax there with a glass of my favorite beverage.
