About the Space:
The Lodges at Snowcreek offer a park-like setting throughout the complex with beautiful views of the Snowcreek Meadow, Sherwin Mountains, and Snowcreek golf course. These 3-story townhomes are a generous 2700 sq. feet, making for the perfect mountain retreat. This 2-bed + loft, 3.5 bath home, will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The home feels spacious with vaulted ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and a large open living/entertainment area.

The second level of the home has the main living area. The living room offers a comfortable couch, TV with basic cable and Chromecast, a wood burning fireplace for extra warmth during the winter months, and a private patio with BBQ, overlooking the beautiful scenery. The chef's kitchen offers solid stone granite countertops, a large single basin apron front sink, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked and is a perfect space to cook and share a delicious meal with the whole family. There is a large dining room table with seating for 10. Off the living area is a cozy nook with a queen-sized pull-out sofa, and half bath and off the kitchen is a laundry room.

There are two ensuite bedrooms off the main floor. The master bedroom has beautiful, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a king-sized bed, access to the private deck, a large dresser with closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ample storage space with a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The loft is located on the third floor of the home. The loft offers a queen-sized bed, a pull-out sofa, and two single beds. There is a nice sized closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. The bottom level of the home is a private one car garage. The home is equipped with central heating controlled by a nest system. There are TV's with either cable or Chromecast in every room.

This property is also close to the Snowcreek Athletic Club which offers day passes and a host of activities. Just outside of the complex, on the main road, is the town bike bath, and free town shuttle stop, making easy access to the mountain and the entire town.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located in the garage.

There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property. One space in the private garage and one in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times during your stay.
