This is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, tri-level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 7. It has a maximum occupancy of 10, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-15561.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door. You will be on the main level and you can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the second level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 75” TV with TiVo/DVR

Home was awesome. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Really clean and well kept. This place is a must for our next visit. Really close to the lifts and town restaurants. Awesome views of the mountains.

Thanksgiving Trip

My family and I enjoyed the townhome a lot. It’s in a newer development that is well located. It was clean and had everything we needed for Thanksgiving. Great kitchen, tons of room and awesome views. I highly recommend and plan on trying to book again when we come back to Mammoth.

We love the location and the space the house offers. The upkeep on the home is impeccable as it is still like new. We enjoyed the ease of booking directly with Snowcreek and would surely book again. Our only negative feedback would be in regards to the towel and sheet quality. The towels are rough and small, similar to that of a two star motel. We expected but higher standard with such a nice home. Also, some basics in the bathrooms like tissues and hair dryers would be nice.
