Timbers Pet-Friendly Luxury Townhouse on the 18th hole

This beautiful, spacious, pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is on the 18th hole of Sierra Star golf course and about 1/3 mile to Chair 15 Eagle Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, with a shuttle stop just down the driveway. This large townhome is ideal for two families or a large group of friends. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, tv and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom, the 3rd bedroom is ideal for kids with a woodsy bunk bed with a queen size bottom bunk and a trundle bed underneath (sleeps 4), and the 4th bedroom/den has queen size sofa bed and tv.

There is tons of light in this home with a bright and open floor-plan, and views of the golf course, Mammoth Mountain and surrounding woods. The extra large deck, with a private hot tub, is ideal for wintertime snow play for the kids or summertime lounging while watching the golfers finish their rounds. If you're stuck inside, this home has plenty to keep you busy: cable TV with access to Netflix, a Sony PlayStation, a DVD player with lots of movies to choose from, and a cupboard full of board games. It also has free high speed internet and is Wi-Fi equipped.

Great Spot

Great spot in a beautiful part of town for summer. It's on the 18th hole at Starwood, so be prepared for an early morning wakeup with the greenskeepers, but a beautiful place to stay.

This condo was perfect for two families of four. we were able to walk to the bus stop and take the shuttle to eagle lodge. The place was very clean when we first came. Jacuzzi was very nice. Living room was comfortable. Beds were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property with an awesome location! There was a lot of snow, and we dug out steps to get to the golf course where we ran around in the snow with our dog--pure heaven! The place was great! A few stains/rips in the carpet, leaks in the ceiling, but overall would definitely return!!!!

Mammoth Mountain ski paradise

Cabin was perfect for our 2 families. The house was so much bigger in person and everything was nicely appointed. We also had an emergency that required us to check out later and Kelly was so understanding and accommodating. Can’t say enough about our experience and also Eagle Lodge lift was literally a 2 minute drive from the house. Thank you Kelly!!

Mammoth ski trip

great property, great location. We had one small issue but the property owner was immediately in contact with us and took care of everything promptly. The kids loved playing in the snow behind the house when they weren't skiing (Eagle lodge is super close -- very convenient for dropping off and picking up). The house had more than enough space for five adults and two kids. highly recommend.

Best Rental Ever

Kelly is by far the best person that we have had the pleasure of working with! We were stuck in Mammoth due to 395 being closed and she was so accommodating and kind. We were so lucky to have stayed here several times and every time it is amazing. Look no further when renting in Mammoth. Hands down the best for you and your family. Will not disappoint! I promise!!

There was an issue with our updated check in date not being reflected in the property management co. records, so they relocated us to a new (nice) unit for the first night. The owner was very helpful in getting this taken care of. For the remainder of the trip, everything in the unit worked well except the knives in the knife block are in bad need for sharpening, & the dresser in the MBR needs repair. The BBQ is very small & should be upgraded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This townhome was a great fit for our family and pets alike. The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds comfortable, and the overall layout gave us separation when needed and plenty of room to be together, too. The garage and mudroom/laundry off of it were great to have. The location is perfect - near the walking path along Meridian that was always cleared of snow and bus stops to get up to Eagle or down to the commercial area. We hope to be back again. The owner was very gracious. Thank you!

Location Is Perfect!

My 4 daughters (ages 14, 9, 6 and 2) and granddaughter (age 16) loved being able to play in the snow and go sledding right behind the house. The deck is huge and there's no houses behind the property, just wide-open space and beautiful trees. The garage had plenty of space to fit our large SUV. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with whatever is needed. Comfy beds and couch. Would definitely recommend!

Great winter getaway

It was our annual Mammoth trip and this home checked off all the boxes! It was roomy and comfy. Bathrooms for everyone and easy access for outdoor play. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
