We were visiting family iver the Holiday and needed our own place. This apartment wss heaven. It was close to everything, had free parking, was in a great neighborhood with exceptional views, lots of space, very clean and modern and had all the essentials. We were five people and had beds for all with space to seoerate. Also two full bathrooms was a great plus. The trails behind the building were also a great treat. Know its in the third level with no elevator. That was fine for us thoygh. Would definately stay again and I am referring for other family who visit.
Pictures are accurate. Beautiful view from huge windows. This unit is on the top floor so be ready for some stairs. Great location, easy uber ride to mall and easy ride to UVA.
Had a really great stay here with my husband and our best friends for a wedding! The apartment was super comfy and was the perfect place to hang out. Really quick and cheap Ubers to basically anywhere we wanted to go! Definitely would recommend!
Great location and suitable for what we needed. Ie quick in and out of town and very little time to spend in room. The place is spacious for a quick turn trip and very comfortable. Stairs are as described. My mother in law is a healthy 78 and made the climb fine, but not good for someone not comfortable with several stairs.
The apartment was ok. A little worn but functional. Didn't use kitchen but it looked well stocked. What made the stay undesirable was the 2 stair steps to get to the third floor (3 from the garage below the bluilding.). This fact was not disclosed in the listing. I only found out about it when I received the address, unit #, etc. a couple of days before our reservation. One of the guest had a hip replacement a couple of months ago and the 2 sets of stairs were problematic for her. If I had known it was a walk-up, I would not have rented the place.
Our family of five spent a few days in Charlottesville to see Shenandoah, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Monticello. Great location, clean, and a very modern vide. 100% would recommend!
Great spot. So easy & comfortable a set up for 2 couples. Beautiful views. We loved being there and would definitely rent again if ever returning to the area.
Very convenient to the everything. The only downside was the traffic noise. The apartment building is right on the corner of a busy street. Other than that, the apartment was clean and most importantly, dog friendly.
Greensview apt. was absolutely perfect for our needs! We were a group of 3 in town for a retreat. The apt. is just as pictured. The stairs were a haul with luggage, but entirely doable. Parking was convenient and easy, even with two vehicles. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, even a blender! We enjoyed sunsets as we cooked and ate every nite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host even provided a plush topper for the pullout sofa. Despite the building being situated near a busy thruway, it was quiet and safe. There’s a 19 mile forested trail just a few blocks away. We ABSOLUTELY would stay here again - convenient, lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!
Everything was as pictured and as stated. We (a group of 4 seniors citizens) were able to do all the steps to get there but do be prepared when carrying things up! We arrived a few minutes early and they were kind enough to let us in at that time.
The place was clean and mostly sufficient. We would have appreciated some more comfortable chairs. Once again, we are older. The bedrooms are on the busy street side so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.
Overall a good place to stay in Charlottesville!
We couldn't believe the beautiful views of hawks soaring over the valley, less than a mile from I-64 and less than a mile from the best restaurants in Charlottesville. The apartment Is light and spacious. Be aware there are a few flights of stairs to get to this 3rd floor unit, but well worth it!
Overall very nice, clean apartment. It was bigger than expected and the location was excellent. Gorgeous views from the main room. One thing that really stood out was there were good quality stainless steel pots, pans, and knives available for use which is rare for this type of rental (I often see some mix of damaged Teflon pans). A couple of things that could use improvement are more indicative of my frustration with ABnB/Vrbo rentals generally post-COVID. Having a basic stock of pantry items for guests to use would be a major benefit (salt/papper, cooking oil, etc). This should be baseline for any rental with a full kitchen. There were no pot holders or extra towels/blankets. Also I know there was a list of items provided for our stay but despite there being a washer/dryer in unit, there was no laundry detergent available. Providing a few pods for a stay would be reasonable. None of these requests have to be expensive and really elevate the guest experience IMO.
First, if you have a lot that you’re taking in and out and if you have a pet- just know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Otherwise it’s a lovely apartment. Everything you need is provided. The highlight for me is the large windows and the view. We were there visiting family so not looking for restaurants in the the Belmont area. There is a nice Wegman’s grocery close by.
