Whether you are with family and / or friends, this house is made for you! :

- 2 rooms dedicated to entertainment, with many facilities suitable for everyone:
     . The children's room: bright veranda with table football, ball pool, activity table, early learning games.

- 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double bed (160) and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (+ possibility of unfolding a BZ).
- 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs.
- 3 equipped terraces overlooking the gardens, one of which is covered for smokers.

Garden side :
- 1300 m² fully enclosed with pétanque, barbecue, deckchairs, play structure, Breton puck, balls, freesbee, table tennis, volleyball / badminton + accessories, swing set with swings and slide.
- Closed garage for 2 cars, courtyard for 4 cars.

Ideally located in the quiet residential area of Keralies, between Ile-Grande and Trégastel:
- 1 min from the beaches.
- 5 min from the shops in the villages of Pleumeur Bodou and Trégastel.
- 10 min from Lannion.
- 10 minutes from Ploumanac’h (elected most beautiful village in France 2015).
- 5 min from Trebeurden
- 10 minutes from our famous Pink Granite Coast and its magnificent Customs Trail.

The immediate surroundings:
- First beaches at 1 min (10 min on foot).
- Sailing schools, boat rental, kayaks, windsurfing boards, diving, ... 5 min.
- Village Gaulois, Cité des Télécoms, Radôme, Planetarium, Eco-center 2 min.
- Paintball at 100 m, Accrobranches at 1 min, Golf de St Samson at 2 min.
- Inn at 2 min, bars, restaurants at 5 min.

Vacances familiales

Les équipements de la maison étaient correctes mais de la vaisselle ébrêchée et quelques ustensiles cassés. Mon petit fils n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine à balles car il y avait des jouets et des balles cassées. On a fait un peu de tri dans les jeux et jouets de la maison. Pour les activités et les environs nous avions de la documentation et du choix. Dans l'ensemble manque de suivi au niveau de l'état des lieux général.

Maison très agréable Bien agencé, suffisamment de place pour 14 personnes. Beaucoup d'occupation possible ( billard, baby-foot, ping pong, salle de jeux....) Le paysage autour est magnifique. Très très bon séjour. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, j'avais réservé cette location pour fêter mes 70 ans avec mon compagnon, nos enfants et mes petits enfants, la maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, elle est spacieuse, idéale pour passer des vacances ou un week-end en famille, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par toutes les prestations offertes, le billard, le jeu de fléchettes, la table de ping-pong, le baby-foot, le jeu de boules, les jeux pour enfants, le piano, la guitare et tout le reste.... La maison est agréable et confortable, sans oublier le jardin.... C'est Christelle, la propriétaire qui nous a accueilli, elle est vraiment très sympathique et accueillante..... La maison est située à côté d'un des plus jolis sites de Bretagne. Je recommande fortement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu. Bref tout était parfait !!!

Au-delà de nos attentes

Christelle et Louis sont très aimables et facilement joignables en cas de besoin. La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe (14 personnes dont 3 ados et 1 enfant de 3 ans) : si on notait la maison par ses équipements on mettrait 10 étoiles. Les lits sont confortables, très grand jardin. D'ailleurs Christelle et Louis y a de la place pour une piscine non ? :) Si l'occasion se présentait nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Encore merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. On s'est senti comme chez nous :) À bientôt !

A 2 familles avec 6 enfants de 2 à 16 ans nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé dans cette maison idéalement équipée pour tous les âges. Le quartier est très agréable, la mer et toutes les commodités sont à deux pas...et la côte tellement belle! Un vrai week-end de détente pour fêter le "déconfinement"! Nous recommandons à 100% pour les grandes tribues!
