Large "apartment" of 140m ², half a cottage on 3 floors plus mezzanine with garden in small forest, at the edge of a stream, in the middle of trees with panoramic views of the mountain sugar loaf.
The chalet is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and mezzanine a relaxation area with television.
Near the intermediate station of the gondola molanes (300 m).
Kitchen opened on living room with poel has wood.
3 terraces with views of the valley.
Possibility to ski down to the chalet for good skiers.

Appréciable
Un chalet bien agencé avec commodités malgré quelques fausses notes.. Une vue imprenable sur les massifs. Chambre parentale appreciable. Spa en option et mal situé. Menage approximatif. Toutefois possibilité d'avoir les draps et serviettes compris donc très appréciable. Casier à ski au chalet. Navette à 200 mètres et facile d'accès en voiture si hors neige sans nul doute accès voiture avec chaîne en cas de fort enneigement.

Merci pour vos commentaires aux quels je vais apporter quelques précisions.
Concernant les fausses notes je me permets de répondre que nous avons conçu notre chalet avec un mélange de matériaux contemporains ( viroc) et de matériaux plus locaux ( mélèze); cela ne vous a peut être pas plu mais il ravit une majorité de locataires ainsi que nous mêmes et l'organisme qui a classé notre logement 4 étoiles.
Pour le SPA, je précise que ce n'en est pas un mais c'est un bain nordique . Celui ci demande une grosse demi journée de préparation et il est donc normal qu'il soit en option. L'expérience est exceptionnelle mais elle a un prix malheureusement car nous devons payer quelqu'un , le bois , l'eau et l'électricité comme toute monde. Nous l'avons placé à l'extérieur puisque il est chauffé au feu de bois , à proximité du chalet ( 5 mètres de l'entrée) et d'où la vue est imprenable sur la vallée et la forêt ( cf photos).
Le chemin d'accès au chalet est un chemin communal et il est donc déneigé systématiquement par la mairie a chaque chute de neige mais comme dans toute station de ski , l'équipement type chaine peut parfois être nécessaire.

Beau, spacieux, bien équipé, idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs (nous étions 9 et vraiment pas les uns sur les autres!).
Bref je recommande (mais pas trop, car on espère qu’il sera disponible l’an prochain ;)) et je remercie bien le propriétaire qui a été très disponible par téléphone.
Seul petit hic : aucun réseau dans le chalet (mais au moins on déconnecte !)
