Located in the center of Pra-Loup station in 1600.
Inside the shopping mall, in the immediate vicinity of the slopes, the centers of interest of the resort Praloup1600, in front of the snow garden (ESF school of piou piou) and 5 minutes walk from the roundabout tracks.
Private ski box on the ground floor An elevator allows people with reduced mobility to access the apartment.



Description: Located in the building Miramont, an entrance by the shopping mall, an entrance by the garage, we offer a very nice apartment of 85m ² for 6/8 people on the 3rd floor with balcony balcony facing south and views of the center from the resort and the 'Sugar Loaf', with 3 separate bedrooms with two of them overlooking the Ubaye valley and the mountains. One bedroom with double bed 140, a bedroom with double bed 160, a dormitory room with 4couchages (2ppressed)

Séjour top. L’appartement est très bien placé sur la station. Propre, très bien décoré et sur équipé.Nous avons eu de la chance de manger tous les midis sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique car l’exposition est idéale. Je recommande vraiment cette appartement.

Je retournerai avec grand plaisir dans l'appartement de Monsieur Orciere celui est trés bien équipé et trés bien situé à deux pas des commerces et du club des Piou Piou, tout en étant au calme. L'appartement trés spacieux, nous avons passé un trés bon séjour.

Esprit montagne au coeur de la station

C'est notre second séjour dans cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait de cette location. L'appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé avec une jolie décoration "esprit Montagne". La situation est idéale avec toutes les commodités en pied d'immeuble. Je recommande vivement cette location en hiver, comme en été!

Appartement complet, et spacieux ! Nombre d'assiettes, de verres, etc ... largement suffisant :) Mr Orcières, explique tout bien (photos à l'appui) pour l'accès et pour les autres élèments de l'appartement ! La vue est très sympathique (vue directe sur les pious-pious pour ceux qui ont des enfants en bas âge), et à 3mn à pied des départs ESF. A 30 secondes de l'épicerie, 45 secondes de la boulangerie, donc idéalement placé ! :) Un seul défaut (mais qui n'est pas du fait du propriétaire ...) l'internet qui est très lent, mais ... On est en vacances, non ? Donc je conseille cet appartement !

Magnifique appartement, spacieux et chaleureux, décoré avec goût, idéalement placé au-dessus de la galerie commerciale, à deux pas des pistes. Très belle vue sur le cœur de la station. Animations pour les enfants au pied de l'immeuble. Parking en sous-sol avec accès direct à l'appartement par l'ascenseur très appréciable. Propriétaire charmant et prévenant qui a été à notre écoute tout au long de notre location. Nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour. A recommander!

Location très agréable, bien équipée, située de façon idéale au dessus de la galerie marchande et près des pistes tout en étant au calme. Beaucoup d'espaces appréciables avec des enfants. De l'eau chaude pour tous (confortable après une journée de ski!) Le propriétaire ainsi que la concierge sont bienveillants est disponibles. L'ambiance "chalet" de l'appartement est sympathique. Location que je recommande.

Localisation idéale au coeur de la station proche de tout y compris des pistes. Résidence de standing, voisinage agréable, concierge aux petits soins, propriétaire sympathique et courtois, appartement spacieux et confortable, très équipé, ambiance montagne charmante et cosy. Si je ne comptais pas probablement y aller de nouveau l'an prochain, je vous conseillerai vivement de le faire...

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien décoré dans le style "chalet", très bien équipé aussi. Les activités de Praloup sont plus adaptées aux enfants jusqu'à 12 ans, c'est moins évident pour les adolescents. La terrasse de l'appartement donne sur les activités du centre de la station : sympathique mais potentiellement bruyant.
