This is a sweet and cozy Naples Park home that will make you want to relax and put your feet up. It is walking distance from the Mercato which features shopping, restaurants, and bars. Guests can easily bike to Vanderbilt Beach located 1.5 miles from the front door with the provided beach cruisers. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, Kayaks, Golf courses and movie theaters are located in the immediate area.

Relax in 1,100 square feet of living space. This home also features a large fenced in backyard great for small children or a well behaved dog. The backyard contains a picnic table and propane grill perfect for a relaxing dinner cooked at home. An open, lighted side lanai area with separate outdoor dining table is wonderful for reading or drinking your morning coffee.

Inside the home is a combination of tile and wood floor. There are three bedrooms: #1 King bed, #2 two twin beds and #3 an office w/ pull out full sized bed option. Linens for each bed, bath towels, hand towels, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, wifi, cable and flat screen TV (32 in) in living room are provided. Relax in the large open concept living and dining space. Off the dining room there is a compact full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans. Full sized washer/dryer are located off the kitchen.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the beach cruisers (2), beach toys, umbrella, chairs and cooler that are stored on site for your convenience.

Please attempt to be accurate in your guest count when making your reservation. If your party totals more than 4 guests (2 years old and up), we charge a small fee to account for the extra set up, utility use and laundry created. Since we intervene as little as possible during your vacation, we rely on the honor system for guest count accuracy. We understand that plans can change- if you need to add guests after you've booked your reservation, simply send us a message so that we may request the extra fees, if applicable. We are also pet friendly. We ask for a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $250. When you request a reservation with a pet, the fee will need to be requested through AirBNB. Please do not use the "Instant Book" feature if you are planning to bring a pet. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about making a reservation with a pet!
