Our family really enjoyed the stay - the place is huge, very well equipped, has a beautiful view of the Tetons. The location is convenient to the center of town. We would definitely stay here again when in Jackson.

Great But A/C issues

Overall property was great minus half the unit didn't have A/C on the master side. Being on 3rd floor the unit was a bit warm while going to bed but did cool down with windows open. You think you would get a unit that had operating A/C since it's summertime. But overall clean. The main TV in the living room didn't have cable access but the master bedroom did. Streaming to main tv was hard because it kept buffering. So we didn't watch any TV

While we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the home overall and found it to be clean, we are disappointed to learn of the issues you experienced during your time with us. We would have been happy to send our maintenance team to address these items during your stay had we been made aware. That being said, we certainly understand wanting to remain unplugged while on vacation. After receiving your review, we did find that the breaker for the A/C on the master side had been tripped and this has since been resolved. All of the televisions are set up with cable and we were not able to replicate the issues you experienced with accessing cable or streaming services. That being said, we will continue to keep an eye on it. We sincerely apologize for any negative impact these items had on your vacation. We truly hope that despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your time in Jackson. Please let us know if you ever return to the area. We would love to host you again! Cool Mountain View

This property is more beautiful than the pictures. It is at the top of the condo neighborhood and out the back door the mountain starts. Our only glitch was the auto lock did not work. I contacted the management and they had me a code, in 3 minutes, that worked. The unit had 2 coffee pots. One did not work and the other one, evidently has had the pot broken and replaced with an incorrect one, and would not drip into the pot. The pot was not tall enough. I went to Target and bought one for $20 problem solved.

This Place is Amazing!

We absolutely loved staying at our Outpost location. The unit exceeded expectations in every way. The kitchen was nicely stocked with electrics and all the necessary things. They had tons of helpful things for kids like high chair, pack in play etc. the views from our unit were amazing. Everything was very clean and put together. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Perfect condo and perfect location. Great for families. Comfy beds. Very nice bathrooms and showers and a perfect fully stocked kitchens. 2 washer/dryer combos so doing a families worth of laundry is not a problem. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Love the Tetons

Enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony looking at the Tetons. Condo worked great, walking distance to town and easy to enjoy all of the activities at Snow King Mountain Resort. Only complaint the ice maker didn’t work, maintenance called but didn’t fix.

Our Kids Want to Live Here

Our family enjoyed our stay in Jackson so much. Our kids want to live in this condo. Our 9yr old loved the view, the Murphy bed and HOW clean the bathrooms were. Our 6yr old said "this is the life" as he tucked into his own king sized bed. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and is also so clean. Amazing! And would definitely recommend this condo and location to friends and family.
