Our stay was perfect. Located in North Vancouver, right next to the base of Grouse Mountain, and a short drive to the Capilano suspension bridge. If you want to hike and explore the mountains, this is the perfect place for you. The suite included two large bedrooms and a pull-out bed. Tammy was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The place was wonderful! Great location, free parking and beautiful neighborhood! Very clean, well maintained, very comfortable, all the comforts of home! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wouldn't stay again, but it's partly because I didn't realize we were sharing the same structure as the owners were living in. I guess that's what 'suite' means. Our ceiling was their main floor, so we heard all their footsteps and some clanging or kitchen type noises. I'm a light sleeper so I was awakened at 2 in the morning by someone walking about and making some kitchen or bathroom noises. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay with clean, very nice amenities, excellent location, and nice owner(Tammy) who also provides a lot of great guides and brochures for attractions around the area.

Wonderful North Vancouver stay

Tammy's place is clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge. Restaurants and food shopping are close by. Great place to stay.

Excellent place to stay near Grouse Mountain

My wife and two teen sons stayed here for three nights prior to an Alaskan cruise. It made a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful North Vancouver area. I walked to Grouse Mountain in 10-15 minutes, and the four of us spent a fantastic full day there. Fair warning - the Grouse Grind is no joke! The suite is in the basement of a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood that's surrounded by green trees. Our bedrooms were very comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make a nice dinner using fresh ingredients from Granville Island Public Market. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for everything, Tammy!

Beautiful Area

We were very happy with this property. It was very clean and a perfect location to Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge and Stanley Park. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood.

Simple and effective

Property was great. Clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. I had hoped the location was a little closer to Grouse, but it was still walking distance. There were some small cleanliness issues, like some leftover hairs, but nothing awful.

Perfect stay

We had a few days in Vancouver before our cruise. Lovely place to stay. So close to things that we wanted to do and see, we didn’t want to stay downtown. Fully equipped with all that you need. Highly recommend!

Great location in a lovely neighborhood

Loved staying at this property. Perfect location for all we wanted to do: Capilano, Grouse mountain, Sea to sky highway to Whistler, Stanley Park. Edgemont Village had a great grocery store and Bakery (Cobs), also very close. We even found some great trails in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!!!

Ideal location

We liked being in a spacious beautifully decorated suite in North Vancouver, a 10 min drive to Stanley Park, an easy drive to the Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay. Quiet, comfortable. The owners were upstairs and we didn’t need to communicate with them but were easily reachable.

Wonderful home in North Vancouver

Wonderful private Lower level apartment with private entrance.. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in North Vancouver. Close to Capilano River suspension Bridge, and Cleveland Park. Short drive across Lions bridge to Stanley Park with easy route into downtown Vancouver. Great kitchen, television, bath/showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Better value than staying in downtown Vancouver.

Great location!!!

This beautiful basement apartment is in the gorgeous Grouse Mountains. Very pretty and safe neighborhood. The bus stop is a very short walk, but crossing the street is dangerous. The do charge extra for each additional person, even children, so the price is not what is listed. The listing also does not mention it's in a basement with people living above, so be prepared for a little noise. Good communication! If you need transportation to the airport, call Northshore Taxi for preorder.
