Kitsilano Garden Walk-Out 2 Bedroom

Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedroom suite is accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.

Can be hosted in French or English.

This 650 square feet unit is cozy, modern, clean and a walk-out to a covered eating area and small court yard. Some additional features of this unit include heated bathroom floor, hot-water on demand (never run out of hot water!) and AC. The garden area features a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.

Location, location, location! We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th. UBC is a 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus.

The suite features 2 bedrooms - One has a very comfortable queen size bed and closet, the other has a double bed (no closet but shelving). There is a small kitchen table, sofa and a Smart TV in the main area and one in each room. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven, and bbq outside, with a table that seats 4 (outside). Free parking on the street. (see parking map).

* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover. There is a AC unit during the hot summer days.

About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

Love the location

A very convenient place to stay while visiting Vancouver. Our family was not familiar with the city and found this place to be very central. Access to local shops, a grocery store, and walking distance to the beach are all key features here. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to be out this way again.

Charming stay in a fantastic neighborhood

A really perfect stay when we visited our daughter at UBC. The Kits neighborhood is just east of campus and filled with restaurants. The place is very clean and has comfortable beds. It does has a small kitchenette and small fridge with a good eating area outside. Great for a small family, but it would be crowded with two couples

Amazing location

Suite and neighborhood was amazing, we will definitely consider next time we are in town. Christine was great as well, we ended up taking an early flight in and the suite was ready so she was able to let us have the suite early which was great for the kids.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers)--and this was the perfect base for us to explore UBC, Kitsilano and the rest of Vancouver. The place is very clean, quiet and stocked with everything you'll need during your vacation. The location is amazing! You can easily walk to rental bikes, beaches, bus stops, the supermarket and too many great bakeries and restaurants to mention. Special shout-out, though, to the perfect hosts. Christine answered all of our many questions promptly, before and during our stay. She and Pat were flexible and accommodating, and made us feel at home throughout. Many thanks. We'll be back!

Lovely Stay

My friend and I had a fantastic visit. It was the perfect place for going to both the UBC gardens and Granville Market/Downtown. Its event walkable to the Kitsilano Beach. Christine was so helpful at check-in giving us an introduction to the neighborhood and tips on transportation. If its available, I highly recommend booking!

Home away from home!

Easy and responsive communication, friendly and comprehensive check in, great location and amazing attention to detail. We were in Vancouver for the Thanksgiving weekend to spend time with family and we were grateful for this home away from home. Property in nice. Location is great to various parts of the city including bus line. Hosts were wonderful and helpful. Bedrooms are tight with lots of luggage for our cruise but we managed just fine. Overall was a nice stay

Meegada Family Stay @Kitsilano Garden Walk-Out

Overall stay was good and the owners were very friendly and helpful to all of us. Christine and Pat have tons of information on the neighborhood and helped us choose different places to visit in Vancouver. The house is clean and is located in a safe and good neighborhood. Overall the experience was very memorable for my family.

Meticulous and beautiful suite.

I had to travel to Vancouver during the Covid crisis, and this place was so meticulous that it put many of my fears to rest. We were able to do what we had to do, and then we were able to isolate easily in this suite. There were disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for us to use when we had to pick up groceries. A beautiful neighbourhood surrounded us for a little walk and take-out places were a block away. We watched netflix movies on their tv as well. Check in was seamless and the owners always replied promptly to questions. This is the best place to stay if you have to go to Vancouver.

Cozy home in a lovely neighborhood

Our family of two adults and a teenager visited Vancouver for 5 days in December. Our communication with Christine and Pat before our visit was efficient and extremely helpful. We arrived to find warm muffins, bottle of wine and candy waiting for us. Our hosts were most helpful, had many suggestions for activities and even gave us a ride to a bus stop for our trip to Whistler. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There is a fantastic Greek grocery/deli/cafe one block away, and many other places to eat in walking distance. The home had everything you might need for a pleasant stay - from shampoo in the bathroom to ketchup in the fridge. The patio gives you extra space if the weather is warm. We stayed at the apartment twice during August 2025. We found it ideal for our purposes being centrally located with many amenities, especially restaurants, nearby. Even though the apartment is a short walk from a busy commercial street it is secluded and remarkably quiet. We enjoyed be able to sit out in the garden during the evenings. Christine and Patrick are the most congenial of hosts and made us feel most welcome.
