The Rochelais studio is a 6-bed studio located in Résidence La Gela, 150 m from the first ski slopes. It is a very equipped studio, its decor is very atypical, on the theme of the sea. Its 10 m² terrace facing south offers you the sun and a panoramic view of the slopes of the Piau Engaly resort, as well as the awe-inspiring view of the Aure valley.

It is made up of an entrance with to its left a bathroom with shower cubicle, a wc, a closed cabin with a double bed for sleeping 2 people with a 85 kg dunlopillo mattress for maximum comfort. To the right, a storage cupboard, a bunk bed for sleeping 2 people and an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator). A large living room, with a sitting area with a sofa bed for sleeping 2 people, a large flat screen TV, a dining area with a round table for 6 people, a large storage cupboard and board games for kids.

The studio has a large ski or bicycle locker for the summer in the hall of the residence.
