Très bon échange avec les propriétaires. L' appartement est bien aménagé avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour en famille ( appareil à raclette, mixeur plongeant, sèche cheveux, jeux de société...).Les plus: les commerces, loueurs et école de ski ESF juste en dessous de l' appartement, c'est top !Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Belle petite semaine en pied de piste

- Studio bien placé : il suffit de descendre d'un étage pour chausser les skis et dévaler les pistes. A cet étage, quelques commerces sont également disponibles.- Studio propre, nous n'entendons quasiment pas les voisins. Les 2 matelas du lit sont confortables. Le chauffage est suffisant, permettant le séchage des vêtements de ski.- Studio vétuste : il ne faut pas trop regarder l'électricité (compteur, rallonge en cascade ..). La baignoire ne permet pas de se doucher (paroi non étanche, pommeau de douche usé...)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à La Mongie. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût . Les échanges avec les propriétaires : top. La procédure d'arrivée rien à redire : top aussi. Au plaisir de revenir.

Pas de parking, bonne location propre près des pistes, pas de chauffage dans salle de bain. Les parties communes dégradés. La plupart des ascenseurs ne fonctionnent pas, les casiers à skis cassés.

Effectivement nous n'avons pas de parking privatif mais ceci était signalé dans l'annonce sinon il fallait prendre appartement avec parking, pour le chauffage dans la salle de bain, aucun appartement de la résidence n'en possède un, vu qu'il fait largement assez chaud dans tout le studio (21°). Pour les parties communes je suis d'accord avec vous mais hélas ce n'est pas de mon ressort, les ascenseurs ont été bloqués pour mise en sécurité, ils devraient être rénovés pour la saison prochaine, les casiers ont été vandalisés aussi nous vous avons laissé le cellier face au studio pour déposer vos skis. J'espère malgré tout que vous avez passé un agréable séjour.

Emplacement idéal - bien équipé

L'appartement est âgé mais bien entretenu. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. L'ascenseur était en panne lors de notre semaine mais cela se fait très bien par les escaliers (sauf les portes lourdes à pousser, limite pour les enfants), 2 niveaux au-dessus d'une galerie marchande dans laquelle on trouve quasiment tout sans sortir à l'extérieur. On chausse les skis dès la sortie de cette galerie marchande. Le club piou-piou est directement au pied de l'immeuble.

Très belle vue sur la Mongie. Appartement accueillant et suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Dommage que les parties communes ne soient pas mieux entretenues ( ascenseurs en panne, éclairage des escaliers réparé en milieu de semaine)
