Enjoy our Beachfront villa, Deluxe KING 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath. It features a King 1 Bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa, sleeps four to five people comfotably..Has a full updated kitchen and its own washer and dryer. 2 Flat screen HD televisions!
Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony. The well known Tiki Hut is next door and Jims Pool Bar is also just steps away... High-speed secure Internet/ WI-FI, Beach chairs provided for your trips to the ocean or pool. We take pride in our Breakers condo and hope that all our beach rental guest will enjoy it as much as our family does. We want our guest to be completely happy and remain loyal guest for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Walk directly across the street to Coligny plaza for all your shopping, dining, entertainment and groceries.
Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful North Forest Beach area. Activities include a Heated pool, toddler pool, golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas. Deep sea fishing, Children's fun splash park next door, miles of bike paths, putt putt golf, and shopping galore. The beautiful Hilton Head lighthouse in Sea Pines is only a few blocks away.

Check my online calendar prior to emailing, as I update as needed. 3 night minimum preferred and Summer rates I prefer weekly rental but will negotiate. Sorry NO PETS allowed in this complex! My rate page is current. I manage my own Villa and have a very reliable cleaning service...

We truly enjoyed our stay. Condo is perfect for two people. Very clean and comfortable bed. In a great location. A Piggly Wiggly grocery store in the shopping center across the street that brings back old memories. And several restaurants and ice cream shops nearby that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Convenient Location

This "Coligny Circle hotspot" villa was the perfect place to stay in the heart of the beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! The villa itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated and maintained. Loved having a view of the pools and beach beyond, which was a short stroll from the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Blessing in Disguise

Due to unfortunate circumstances at the location, my husband and I were unable to stay HOWEVER, Robin was QUICK to be communicative and explain what happened. She offered a discount on a future stay and was a continual advocate for us in getting a FULL Refund via VRBO, which proved to be a very challenging process and left us with a poor view of VRBO only. We will absolutely be in direct contact with her, should we plan a future get away. I gave a perfect score because she deserved it and I was unable to leave it unstarred. Robin you were very gracious!

Lovely Beach Condo

The property is in prime location for access to the beach, pool and nearby restaurants & bars. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Robin was a terrific host and very responsive :)

Home base for Hilton Head

The condo is clean and nicely decorated, with all the essentials needed for your stay. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants, bike trails and the beach just steps away. The condo is small; it really just fits 4, not 5-6 as advertised. But all we needed was a place to sleep while we met up with family staying elsewhere on Hilton Head, so the unit was adequate for that.

Great location, cute beachy feel right on the water and close to everything

We had a great time here, the location is unbeatable! The place is cozy and cute, great beachy decor. It was clean and had everything we needed, loved having beach chairs and access to bikes included! Just a heads up, there is no door or other separation from the “bedroom” to the living area so if you had multiple people staying just be aware. Also, the walls are very thin, if you have neighbors above you that are unfortunately early risers you will hear every step they take. But the property it self is in an amazing spot, being on the first floor in a complex with only one elevator far away is clutch. Also the walk to the pool/beach is quick and easy. Everything you need is within walking distance, right across the street to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop, ice cream, etc. Also enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhoods and along the beaches nearby as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back! Thank you!
