We are very proud of sharing our villa with others so they also can enjoy what Hilton Head Island has to offer. Being so close to the beach is an added bonus. We try to anticipate renters needs so that they are comfortable. "Claudia's Vacation Rentals"
Why Claudia chose Hilton Head
We wanted a beach area without hurricanes. Somewhere that was known and not overpopulated. Somewhere were we can go and get away from things and not be on top of people. Enjoy the tranquility. And we found the place. We are very happy.
What makes this Villa unique
When our kids were teenagers we enjoy the fact that they can bike ride to the Plaza and have an ice cream cone. Or go to the store, without taking the car. We enjoy that we can have a 5 minute walk to the beach and take our dog. Also, that the kids can go to the beach without crossing a major street.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund (minus a US$250 partner fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
