Pool: Weekly maintenance is provided by a professional pool technician.

Cleaning: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be arranged in advance, at your expense.

Linen: The provided linen is not replaced during your stay. Any replacement must be arranged by the guest and will incur an additional fee.

Clear Management and Transparency

Ownership: The villa is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Tache.

Representative: Yohann Bolzan manages the promotion and guest coordination as an independent service provider.

Payments: All bookings are processed through secure online platforms (e.g. Airbnb). Rental payments are transferred directly to the owners within 4 to 7 days of guest check-in. Yohann Bolzan does not handle financial transactions.

Lovely Villa, has everything you might need. Terrific view of Agay Bay and beyond. We had a lovely restful stay. Just what we all needed. Peaceful surroundings.

Family vacation

We had amazing family vacation. The house is very nice and pool just amazing !!! So is the view of the sea, we loved it! Beach is short distance away. Great area ,not overcrowded. Kitchen very well equipped. The communication with property manager was great. It was a great time - thanks again for having us staying in this beautiful place!

Ganz toller Urlaub!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Hydra sehr genossen. Ausstattung, schön gestaltete RĂ€ume, Pool, Lage und Blick lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Sogar eine ausfĂŒhrlichste Hausbeschreibung war vor Ort auf deutsch vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter der Agentur Axim waren sehr nett, alles hat perfekt geklappt. Empfang und Verabschiedung waren herzlich. Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen! Meine Frau hĂ€tte am liebsten den KĂŒhlschrank mit der EiswĂŒrfelmaschine mitgenommen ;-). Gerne wĂ€ren wir noch lĂ€nger geblieben...

Schitterende villa met waanzinnig uitzicht!

Alles klopte bij deze vakantie villa: de ontvangst door de beheerder is heel netjes en compleet en zelfs met glas champagne ontvangen. Wij waren overweldigd door het waanzinnige uitzicht. Dit maak je niet vaak mee. Het huis is overcompleet en het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets. Volledige keuken, perfecte airconditioning in het hele huis, eigenlijk klopt alles! Prachtig groot zwembad met licht gezouten water wat heerlijk zacht aan voelt en je de hele dag in kan liggen zonder last ervan te krijgen. Wij kunnen niets bedenken wat niet goed was of niet zoals beschreven. Alles heeft zelfs de verwachting overtroffen. Een pareltje in deze omgeving dus!

Belle villa

Le séjour a été incroyable, nous garderons des beaux souvenirs de ces vacances en famille. Nous trouvons qu'il y a un manque de entretien dans la maison (feuilles, eau du jaccuzy trouble, manque de l'eau dans la piscine, lave vaisselle qui n'est pas opérationnel et une forte odeur de renfermé dans l'appartement du bas. Pour le reste la maison est trÚs fonctionnelle et agréable.

Fantastisch!

We hebben een zalige week in dit huis gehad! Supermooi uitzicht over de baai, voortreffelijk huis en de locatie was super, beneden aan de heuvel is o.a. een bakker, supermarktje en een restaurantje waar ze heerlijke pizza’s hebben. Leuke strandjes met gezellige strandtenten en het was niet overvol met toeristen. Ook een leuke plek om te fietsen en goede wandelmogelijkheden in het l’Esterel gebergte. Goede watersportvoorzieningen. Kortom, een heerlijke week hier gehad!

We spend a great week with my wife and kids (3) in this beautiful Villa. The view is just breath taking !! The luxury house has all necessary equipment's to relax sauna, Jacuzzi , swimming pool. And down the house, 5 min away you got access to all necessities, restaurant, supermarket and activities, tennis, golf , circus for the kids. We also enjoyed the nice little beach close by. This is all you can expect from south of France, i can only highly recommend it !

Vue spectaculaire sur la mer et l'Estérel . Villa idéalement située dans un domaine privé , calme avec une vue époustouflante . Notre séjour en famille a satisfait tout le monde grands et petits: Piscine à débordement avec une eau claire sans chlore , Jaccuzi , sauna , Plages à proximité , Golfs , tennis à l'entrée du domaine , ballades dans l'Estérél , vélo, Plongée , Bateau , Kayak de mer ( Station Nautique dans la baie )... Les soirées ont été des moments inoubliables avec diner sur l'immense terrasse vue sur la Baie illuminée avec barbecue et coucher de soleil tous les soirs vers l'Estérel . Le confort intérieur de la Villa avec la climatisation est apréciable avec des belles prestations . Les deux semaines sont passées trop vite mais nous gardons tous de beaux souvenirs . Pourquoi ne pas y revenir bientot..

Au top!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivé sur place la premiÚre impression fut que la vue est largement au dessus de ce que les photos transmettes, elle est juste superbe . La villa quand à elle est exactement comme sur les photos et elle offre tout le confort , sauf que le jacuzy qui n'était pas sur les photos et qu'il est vraiment agréable le soir en début de saison. Etant amateur de golf nous ne sommes pas resté en reste, la villa se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de deux golfs vraiment beaux dont l'un se trouve face à la mer. La plage est accessible à pied ainsi que les restaurants . En bref au final nous avons été ravi de notre séjour.
