This is a very beautiful property with room for several families! It’s in walking distance of the boutiques, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach! We had a wonderful stay.The manager Collin, was very helpful and offered to help us if there was anything we needed. A very nice gentleman for sure!My granddaughter’s are already asking if we can stay again next year! Thank you for a lovely time!

This is an amazing place for a large group. Lots of space with great natural light and views of the lake. The check in process was smooth and communication with the property manager was excellent. Access to the beach, children's play areas and great restaurants are additional perks that families can benefit from. Highly recommend this place for large groups.

Winter Retreat

I took a group of highschool studnets here for a weekend retreat to work on team building and spiritual formation. The large common space was perfect for our group to engage and had plenty of cozy space for them to spread out and journal. No complaints, would absolutley stay here again.

We had a magical wedding weekend at the Grand Suite and the venue certainly lived up to its grand name! Once they're finished with the planned updates and upgrades, this will certainly be among the premier spots to host a small (<100) wedding or event in SE Michigan. As is, it's already quite impressive!

Beautiful clean loft above a theatre and restaurant. Manager was easy to work with and was available for all our needs. My only comment would be that the kitchen needs to be better stocked with dishes, serving bowls and platters and the cupboards labelled. The dinner plates did not fit in the dishwasher

We booked the Village Square Loft for the weekend of our wedding reception. The space is incredible but the Property Manager’s assistance and communication was also impressive! The photos don’t do the space justice. We had a great experience and even got to enjoy live music outside our window. Only consideration for future guests is you may not be able to sleep in late with the sun coming through the many tall windows. Even though we live close by, we plan to book again!

Perfect Girls Getaway!

Park your car and don't get in again until its time to leave! Property was in a perfect location for walking to shops and eateries. We enjoyed a fabulous concert on-site our first night and enertainment the 2nd night at the Wind Jammer restaurant. Collin the property manager is the absolute best!!! We had A LOT of questions and a couple of request and his quick responses put us at ease. There is nothing to say about the actual Grand suite as the pictures do all the talking. It is exactly like the photos. We will definitely be returning.

The perfect get-away

My husband and I have fallen in love with the village of Lexington and wanted to get away for a quick break from life...and this was the perfect place to do it! Collin (the manager) welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. There are so many awesome features to this property it's hard to know where to begin...the expansive kitchen, the beautiful bar, the gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom, the gas fireplace seating area...My husband and I even rolled out our yoga mats and had a great yoga session in front of the fire! We never got back into our car until it was time to go as everything you need is accessible on foot. Can't wait to come back again!

Truly GRAND Suite

Grand is an understatement when it comes to describing this incredible vacation rental. The 7000 square feet of space doesn’t even begin to convey the sheer volume and openness of the place. Designed as a Rustic Modern Loft, the suite combines the charm of exposed brick with the sophistication of bright, exquisite woodwork throughout. Each room is thoughtfully designed, allowing our four households to spread out comfortably, with plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. The proximity to the lake is perfect for morning strolls and evening sunsets, adding an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. Additionally, having a coffee shop and restaurant right below the suite was incredibly convenient, making it easy to grab a quick bite or a cup of coffee without having to venture far. This vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful unique apartment with plenty of space! Clean, spacious, yet cozy! A little short with kitchen supplies but that was quickly addressed and resolved. The lake is beautiful and overall we loved our stay but there were several leaks throughout the facility with the heavy rain throughout the weekend. Collin was attentive and was very pleasant to deal with but it was made clear that the roof needs to be addressed. For that reason I gave 4/5 because it appeared that some leaks had existed for awhile. Oncethe leaks have been repaired, I would definitely rent again

Beautiful loft walkable to the beach

We booked this place for a family vacation and there was plenty of room for our group including four kids and five adults. The location is great, we were able to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and there were many gray hangout spots throughout the loft. We enjoyed playing games at the game table and the pool table. We hope to stay again next year!

Griswold Family Vacation!

Just an amazing place! We had so much room for my family to get together and enjoy Lexington and relax in our spacious suite. We played tournaments on the pool table, card games by the bar, and soaked up the air conditioning after shopping downtown! The suite definitely made many memories for my family.
