Oceanfront Snowbird’s Haven! Modern 13th Floor Condo with Spectacular Views
Come live on the ocean in this beautifully remodeled condo with floor to ceiling views of Hutchinson Island. Listen to the sound of the waves sitting on your covered balcony and breathe in the fresh ocean breeze. The Condiminium complex has two pools, tennis courts, exercise and play room. There are two fully remodeled bedrooms with queen size beds and a sofa with a full-size pull out couch. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled; the master bathroom offers a shower while the guest bathroom has a tub. Enjoy the modern luxuries of a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of closet space with two walk-in closets and drawers in each room. Cable and WiFi are included as well as Netflix on a SmartTV. This is a very friendly and social building! Lots of events and mingles with opportunities to make lifelong friends. There is social distancing and cleanliness practices now because of COVID.

We are a young couple with two baby girls. There is nowhere better that we like to go than our second home on Hutchinson Island. We love to make a home-cooked breakfast, drink our coffee on the balcony while we watch the sun come up and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our babies love to spend time in the sand and play in the shore. As true foodies, there are few places we enjoy food more than some great local spots. We love to top the night off with a nice glass of wine listening to the sound of the waves before we go to sleep. We hope you'll make this your second home too and love this place as much as we do!
