This is a first living floor residence but it sits atop the ground level parking garage that serves the building so the height is actually 2-stories high. The view is directly east towards the oceanfront and provides a peaceful landscape of the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach to complete the tropical experience. The residence features wood grain floors throughout the home, stainless steel sink and appliances in the Kitchen, and very comfortable seating in the living room. In addition, this home includes an in residence washer/dryer which are not available in the other condominiums in the building. The private community swimming pool and walkway to the beach is just steps away from the garage lobby. The photos and floor plan shown on this page will demonstrate the details.
