Home features outdoor covered patio and grilling area complete with gas grill or an Egg smoker, open concept kitchen, living and dining, a completely separate bunk house above the garage with separate entrance, 4 bedrooms in the main house and large covered porch. Located on south end of the lake near dam. Smooth water great for water sports and fishing! The address of the home says is all, "40 Sundown Trail"! Hidden gem just south of Dallas

From the very beginning the owners of this property were easy to work with and very accommodating. During the check in we were given a tour of all the accommodations of the home and all the features provided. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with, often going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property itself was amazing with a great outdoor living space and fantastic lake views.

Paradise on the lake

Everything about this property is amazing: the architecture, the landscaping, the layout, the decor, the location, the dock, the view. It's all breathtaking! We had the best time-it has everything we needed. Owner is available, communicative, no hassles, no problems at all. Rental itself is the best we've ever stayed at. The best, all around!
