About this property
LA HALLE - with balcony and parking
New Flat in a recent building, on the 3rd floor with lift, located in the heart of the Gerland district, close to public transport, shops and main roads.
It is equipped with a large furnished balcony facing south, with private parking in the basement.
It consists of a main room with a double bed, a lounge area with sofa and convertible sofa bed (3 people max), a fully equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and WC.
Equipment: coffee maker, kettle, microwave grill, toaster, washing machine, drying rack, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishes, flat screen TV, unlimited high speed internet Wi Fi in fiber optics, blackout blinds and ceiling fan which is very appreciated in summer!
Bed linen and towels will be installed upon arrival.
The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,
The little extra:
- another studio on the 2nd floor in the same building for weekly rental, practical if you have to receive friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase

Dear Dennis,
I am very sorry if the temperature was hot in Lyon during your stay, there is a big fan at the ceiling, what should i do more?
Regarding the shower, i don't undertsand, if you need hot water you have hot water and if you need cold water , you have cold water; no problem or complicaton with that.
Regarding internet, all the street had a problem with that and as soon as you have told me, i have called immediatly the supplier, i did'nt wait one week. I have propose you to get a 4g key in order to wait that the supplier solve the problem, and in order that you could have internet immediatly, but you refuse . Again, how should i do better?
