equipment: 1 adult room overlooking a balcony with living room in exotic wood, 1 child room with 3 beds, cot to lend, a kitchenette and a room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat screen, integrated kitchen from April 2013 with microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher, shower room with balneo shower, air conditioning, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs, equipped with bicycles.
On the field: heated swimming pool of 600 m² in service from May to October (depending on the weather) with slides, 2 pools including 1 with jacuzzi, paddling pool and play area bordered by a beach (supervised in July / August, tennis, mini golf, playground, dance evenings, organized entertainment (football tournaments / volleyball / water polo / petanque / ping-pong / water games / aquatic gym ...). Free loan of equipment to practice your favorite activities.

Laundromat, excursions, grills or themed meals in the restaurant, snack with takeaway takeaway, bread, bike rental, pony rides.

In die Jahre gekommen …

Leider hat das Objekt seine besten Zeiten offensichtlich schon länger hinter sich; alles ziemlich abgewohnt und ungepflegt - abgesehen vielleicht von der erneuerten Dusche. Auch die Chipkarte für das Schwimmbad funktionierte leider nicht. Mit dem Charme und den sehr beengten Platzverhältnissen würde man die Hütte eher in den Wäldern Schwedens verorten … Unabhängig davon war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern zuverlässig und freundlich.

Déçus...

Le chalet est bien situé (proche Arcachon, dune du pilat, ...) et au calme. Les équipements de bases sont là mais il y a des manques, par exemple : une bouilloire (3 cafetières différentes mais pas de bouilloire !?), un sèche cheveux, PAS DE WIFI!!!! La literie est médiocre et c'est un lit de 140x190. Les alèses, oreillers et couettes ne sont visiblement pas lavés entre 2 occupants... De plus, le ménage se résume à un coup de balais sans bouger les meubles. Nous avons retrouvé un biberon moisi sous un lit, de multiples objets (stylo, porte clés, jouets...) sous le canapé, sans parler de la poussière et des toiles d'araignées partout. Le siphon de la douche était rempli de cheveux... Le chalet était plus propre après notre départ qu'à notre arrivée. Très déçus par rapport au prix.

bonjour, je suis désolée de lire vos commentaires mais permettez-moi d'y apporter des remarques : les housses de taies d'oreiller et de matelas ont TOUTES été changées par ma fille avant votre arrivée, le matelas est en 140 X190, c'était précisé dans l'annonce, par contre la matelas est de marque Duvillier, c'est la 1ère fois que nous avons une remarque sur la qualité de la literie car il est en très bon état. La box Wifi était en panne et chez le réparateur cette semaine là. Le ménage avait été fait avant votre arrivée, comme à chaque fois avant l'arrivée des locataires. en ce qui concerne le prix 75 € par nuit n'est pas un prix exorbitant si vous regardez le tarif des locations à la Teste. Cordialement

Merveilleux séjour

Un magnifique petit chalet très bien aménagé au milieu d'une forêt de pins typique des côtes Atlantiques. Très bien situé, proche des plages océaniques , d'Arcachon et de la Dune du Pyla. Accueil fort sympathique, propreté irréprochable, nous nous sommes beaucoup plu . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️

Une nuit bien appréciable.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'1 nuit, mais elle fut bien appréciable ; un beau chalet où on se sent chez soi. Juste un petit soucis de mésentente avec le propriétaire entre le linge pour le lit et les serviettes. Bonne satisfaction générale.
