You will love staying at "L AIGUE-MARINE", an apartment of 50 m2, quietly located, a few meters from the large beach of Roaliguen and its sailing school.
VERY WELL EQUIPPED, it offers all the necessary comfort for 2 people.
Very bright thanks to its bay window that opens onto a large TERRACE extended by a CLOSED GARDEN of 200 m2.
EXPOSURE FULL SOUTH to enjoy a sunbath, for lunch and relax in the loungers.

- BEAUTIFUL MAIN ROOM: sofa bed with chaise longue (Rapido system with mattress Bultex 140 x 190 and storage), coffee table, storage cabinet, TV stand and ultra-flat TV to watch shows, movies and games you like.
- Fully EQUIPPED KITCHEN, open to the living room (pancake maker, raclette grill and all the necessary utensils to set the table and cook).
- BEDROOM, tastefully decorated: bed 140 x 200, bedside tables, armchair and large wardrobe with dressing.

Alles perfekt! Umgebung wunderschön.

Wir haben in der Wohnung alles genau so wie inseriert angetroffen. Ruhige Lage, schöner Garten mit Vogelbesuch. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Die Ausflugstipps, die empfohlenen Lokale von Laurence waren alle goldrichtig. Der Empfang mit Cidre und Kuchen war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles sehr professional gemacht; einschl. Broschüre über die Wohnung, Elektrogeräte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restauranten, Freizeitaktivitäten und Strände,usw. Wohnung mit sehr guten Geschmack eingerichtet. Kleine Details (wie z.B. Einkaufstasche) vorhanden. Schöne Garten. Wir fahren bestimmt nochmals hin!

Appartement tout confort, intérieur comme extérieur

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement : niveau de confort élevé , jolie décoration, tout neuf, et ouverture vers le jardin très agréable. L’emplacement privé pour la voiture est pratique. La plage est toute proche à pied et la localisation permet de visiter aussi bien la Presqu’île de Rhuys que le reste du Golfe du Morbihan. Cet appartement neuf tout confort et parfaitement équipé , est situé dans un environnement idéal de calme et de verdure . Le jardin fleuri et ombragé et la terrasse équipée sont très appréciables dans cet appartement en rez de jardin. La proximité de la plage et la localisation dans une résidence avec parking idéalement située sur la presqu’ile de Rhuys en font un lieu de vacances parfait ou les activités sont nombreuses et le cadre magnifique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement : notre séjour a été excellent !

Très beau logement neuf, parfaitement équipé. On y dort bien, la résidence est calme et les lits sont très confortables. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout, c'est très appréciable. L'appartement est largement assez grand pour s'y sentir à l'aise à 4 adultes sans se marcher dessus. Les alentours sont très jolis et la plage au bout de la rue est très agréable. Je recommande pour un séjour au calme, parfait pour faire des balades le long de la côte, visiter la belle ville de Vannes et pour les sports aquatiques !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce charmant appartement. Nous avons eu la chance de faire connaissance avec Laurence et Laurent qui sont très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles. Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon séjour : appartement très fonctionnel, très propre avec une situation géographique idéale. De plus le week-end était très ensoleillé.. Donc que du bonheur !!!
