Amazing place to stay in Nice

From the moment you stand in front pf the building you know the experience is going to be amazing. Excellent place to stay. Keep in mind is only one space (which I didn’t realise at the moment of the booking) but that didn’t stop us to enjoy the flat and Nice 100%. If you are picky with cleaning and want to have all you need for a weekend, then stay in this apartment.

conveniently located small apartment, super clean and well equipped

Very conveniently located apartment - 1' to the old town, 3' to the seaside, 2' to the center of the town . The apartment is rather small (the size if a hotel room), but extra super clean, newly renovated and fully equipped. The bathroom is perfect and modern. The only issue we faced was a fold down bed and the lack of storage possibilities for our bikes (we had to bring them in the room which is a tight fit) otherwise it was perfect.

10 years of marriage aniversary celebration

Enjoyed a lot. Very well located, next to the promenade, beach, down town, the contemporary museum and most nice gardens. Closed to the nicest restaurants in town. A very nice host who was always concerning about our need, supply and the satisfation about the stay. Highly recommend!

Monika was a fantastic host & i would highly recommend this apartment as location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The view from the window captured the essence of Nice from parks to seafront. Apartment was immaculate and very modern on design with pull down double bed and excellent kitchen appliances. Well worth the money. Would book again!

Excellent host with great communication. Went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Very considerate who offered an early check in and late departure if it could be done. Parfait!

La propriétaire de l'appartement, Monika, est très accueillante et très réactive et son appartement est idéalement situé face à la coulée verte et la vieille ville et à deux minutes de la mer, dans un magnifique immeuble. On peut tout faire à pied. L'appartement est superbe et luxueux, complètement équipé et avec de nombreux rangements. On dirait une suite d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Tout simplement parfait.
