Very nice 3* apartment of 55 m2 on the second floor. Bright living room with decorative fireplace and cable television. Open kitchen equipped with an oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher.

- Bathrooms: 1x with bath and WC, 1x with shower and WC

You are in the Les Mélèzes K residence which enjoys a privileged location just opposite the departure of the gondola, ideal for skiing holidays. And you are at the start of the Bisse de Vex, which offers you a magnificent walk in summer. The resort center with its shops and restaurants is just 200 meters away. This residence consists of several standard and comfortable apartments with lift. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace offering a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley.

Logement agréable

Localisation du logement parfaite. En face des remontées mécaniques et une vue sur la vallée de Sion qui est très belle. La propreté des sanitaires et salle de bain à notre arrivée nous a obligé à tout nettoyer avant utilisation. Sinon reste du logement propre.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen um auf die Piste zu gehen, hat einen Skiraum, die Küche hat alles was es braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Steckdosen müssten mal wieder überprüft werden, Mehr als eine zerbrochene Abdeckung und Stecker hält nicht drin.

Très bel appartement mais propreté déplorable

L'appartement est très bien équipé et son emplacement est parfait par contre il n'y a pas de place de parc réservée. En période de haute fréquentation, il est quasiment impossible de se parquer devant. Il faut donc se rendre dans un parking payant. La propreté de l'appartement était déplorable alors qu'à priori, il avait été nettoyé le jour même. La cuvette d'une toilette était cassée, un bac dans le frigo était collé par une grosse tâche de moisissure, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, la baignoire et sur le sol des salles de bains, la table basse du salon était pleine de trace... bref, inexcusable au vu des prix de location !!! Le nettoyage !!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Das Wlan war sehr schlecht.

Mooie plek, prima inrichting en keuken maar matige WIFI

Fijne locatie en mooi uitzicht. Geen last van lawaai in de omgeving. We vinden de wifi service met de dongel matig. Er kan meestal weinig MB's verwerkt worden en zo kan er matig zaken gestreamd worden. Ik zie dat er een echte Internet verbinding is maar daar mogen we geen gebruik van maken. Ik zou een echte WIFI verbinding aan de gasten aanbieden ipv via de dongel.
