Much Needed Getaway

Decided last minute to take a trip to PBC with our Frenchie. Not very many places take pets. There was one place left on the beach at Grand Panama. Worked with Mitch at Warren and booked our unit same day. The condo was clean and nice. The view from the balcony is perfect! Had all the amenities! Beds were comfy! Easy check in and out! Would stay again!

The kitchen supplies were sparse. No basic condiments including pepper. No colander or pantry. No basic condiments like sugar or ketchup. Previous places have much more basic stuff. Lots of pot smoking so balcony time was limited. Not a lot of eating places within walking distance. Beautiful condo.

Short stay, nice area, clean. Only downfall, had an elevator down, long waits and this wasn't even "busy" season. If it had been busier it would have not been feasible. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

Great property, a little smaller than it looks

The parking garage and outdoor parking was great, there is a pedestrian walk over on 5th floor so that is great. This condo is SMALL! Yes we fit but there really wasn't enough seating. There are 3 elevators and that's not enough for peak time. Also some one kept pulling the fire alarm and the fire dept had to come out nearly every day to do their thing. The pool is great, the beach was wonderful, yes there are loungers available to rent on the beach. All in all, we'd probably stay here again but maybe a larger room next time.

Omg! Such a beautiful place, from the room to the beach and surrounding area! So happy as soon as we walked in the door, the balcony was bigger than expected! Loved that we could see the ocean from the dinning room and our main room. The kids enjoyed staying in their bunk beds while my teenage daughter had her own private room. Everything was very clean and they had every necessity you’d need when it came to kitchen supplies. The washer & dryer was great and very convenient when coming back from beach/pool. The only down fall was the elevator does take a while and can only imagine on high peak season!!! The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but we always hand wash our dishes so it was ok.The tiki bar was a bit overpriced but we had to just try out a drink.

Spent a week in Grand Panama 1508 and our family loved the place. The condo looks exactly as pictured and is adorable. Everything in the unit looks great, was exceptionally well curated and we were able to prepare many of the meals for the kids in the condo that saved a ton of time and money. Great amenities and beach access. Warren Beach Rentals staff was exceptional. The unit was fresh and clean upon arrival and they made the entire process stress free. Thank you for a great stay.

Property needs updated. And. Good cleaning. It was not clean when we arrived. There was dirty clothes left in the floor! Drawers were broken along with many other things. Not updated at all. Furniture looks like it’s from the 60’s

Black mole all over bathroom we have a allergic reaction to it cause us to constantly be sick.

The condo is very nice unfortunately, with the black mold and the air conditioning situation I cannot rate it as a top rating.
