We chose this property because we wanted something walking distance to the Gulf, and to food and drink. It was perfect on both fronts. Very comfortable, very bright, and a very short walk to the beach. The included wagon and folding chairs were the icing on the cake. The house was quiet at night, and provided plenty of space for conversation with our friends. If you are looking for a house for short-term rental in Panama City Beach, I don't think that you'll find a better one.

Thank you so much for staying and so very happy you enjoyed A Wave Away! And, yes, close beach access and restaurants were part of the reason my daughter and I purchased this beach house. We know our family would enjoy this beach house and location and hoped others would too. Thank you again and love to have you back anytime.

Check in was easy. House was very cute and had a lot of room. The street was quiet. We appreciated host being pet friendly and not having a weight restriction for dogs. We used the list of restaurants in the book with instructions to find some great places to eat. The walk to the beach is not far.
