Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Biguglia. The place was very clean, and the location right on the beach was absolutely beautiful. It was calm and quiet — perfect for relaxing. Pascal, the manager/owner, was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Das Bild sagt schon fast alles. Die Wohnung ist auch innen wunderbar. Man hat die Wahl zwischen innen, Terasse und Pavillon mit Blick auf Meer. Sandstrand ist extrem wenig besucht, das Meer sehr sauber und selbst Ende September angenehm war. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe (Eingang Campingplatz). Der ideale Platz zum Ausspannen.

Hallo Pascal,wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Dir sehr genossen und uns wohlgefühlt.Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Wohnung, Terrasse, Garten, Strand alles wunderbar und noch viel schöner als es die Bilder im Internet zeigen. Hier kann man entspannt einen Strand Tag geniessen und anschliessend nach Bastia die Stadt erkunden.Wirklich toll und unbedingt zu empfehlen.Vielen Dank Andreas Bayer

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons tout aimé ! Le joli logement, propre, avec une grande terrasse, à 2 pas de la mer et d'une belle plage idéale aussi pour les enfants. La gentillesse de notre hôte et sa prévenance des le début du séjour. Le calme et la sérénité du lieu. C'était vraiment super, une très belle expérience. Tout était parfait ! Merci encore !

Les pieds dans l'eau

il s'agit d'une location pour un couple , située réellement à 50m d'une très grande plage sans danger pour les enfants. Toutes les fournitures et services décrits dans l'annonce sont opérationnels mais on peut cependant évoquer un manque de patères ainsi que quelques accessoires dans la salle de bain (porte savon dans la douche etc) mais rien de dramatique !

Super ausgestattete Wohnung bei einem wunderbaren, freundlichen Vermieter (Pascal) an einem einzigartigen, traumhaft gestalteten Ort mit direktem Meerzugang, weitläufiger Sandstrand Boule, Sandspielzeug, Sup alles vorhanden, perfekt für die totale Entspannung. Bastia, Strandbar und Supermarkt sind nicht weit. Wir kommen sehr gern bald wieder.

Ein Ort zum Relaxen

Nur 15 Autominuten von Bastia entfernt findet man das ruhig gelegene Appartement in direkter Strandlage. Das kleine Appartement ist zweckmäßig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Terrasse und Garten dienen als Wohnfläche und sind vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Über einen kleinen Weg durch den ursprünglichen Garten gelangt man direkt an den feinsandigen und ruhigen Strand. Hier kann man wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge genießen und entspannen. Pascal ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnt und bei Anfragen sofort verfügbar ist. Für Naturliebhaber, die Entspannung und Ruhe suchen ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ort.

À seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Bastia, vous trouverez l'appartement situé au calme dans un emplacement direct sur la plage. Le petit appartement est fonctionnel et meublé avec une attention aux détails. La terrasse et le jardin servent d'espace de vie et sont accessibles depuis le salon et la chambre. Un petit chemin à travers le jardin d'origine mène directement à la plage de sable et au calme. Ici, vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques levers de soleil et vous détendre. Pascal est un propriétaire très sympathique qui habite dans le voisinage immédiat et est immédiatement disponible pour des demandes de renseignements. Pour les amoureux de la nature qui recherchent la détente et la tranquillité, l'hébergement est un lieu idéal.

Traumhafter Strandurlaub

Das Appartement ist einfach, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Für einen Strandurlaub ausreichend. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Direkt an einem kilometerlangen Sandstrand, der vor dem Appartement menschenleer ist. Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan im Haupthaus und vermietet 3 Appartements. Pascal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einchecken war völlig problemlos und die Anreise kurz, da der Hafen von Bastia 30 Min. entfernt ist. In der Nähe (Auto erforderlich) ist ein toll sortierter Supermarkt mit Unmengen frischem Obst und Gemüse. Etwas störend sind die Flugzeuge, die den nahen Flughafen Bastia anfliegen. Die Frequenz ist jedoch nicht hoch. Jedes Appartement hat einen abgetrennten Garten mit schattenspenden Pinien und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ideal.

Comme à la maison, la mer en plus...

Nous sommes une famille avec enfants et nous recherchions un logement proche de la mer mais sans trop d'affluence, le logement a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. Propre, à proximité des commerces, calme, la plage nettoyée régulièrement et quasiment pour nous, nous nous sommes régalés. Merci au propriétaire pour ses bons conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons et conseillerons cette location à nos amis.

Tolle Unterkunft/ sehr zu empfehlen/ perfekt mit Kind

Das Haus liegt auf einer privaten Straße (durch Schranke versperrt und somit kein Verkehr) und direkt am Strand. Gerade mit Kindern sehr praktisch, da man „kurz was aus der Wohnung holen kann (Toilette/ Essen/ Getränke etc“). Pascal ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend ist. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Fussläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt, ansonsten benötigt man aber definitiv ein Auto. Der Flughafen ist nur 8km entfernt, dennoch keinerlei Fluglärm. Wir kommen gern wieder

location parfaite

cette location, très bien équipée (lave linge clim terrasse privée parking) est située dans un jardin arboré très bien entretenu les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants La propreté est étonnante,la literie parfaite et tout cela dans un cadre idyllique la plage est quasiment privée à 10 mètres seulement de la location nous étions en famille avec 2 enfants qui ont pu jouer en toute sécurité Je recommande fortement cette location, et j'y retournerai surement.
