For a Large Family with small kids….Wonderful…Horses, A Lama, tons of Space for Games and walks. It won’t seem like it on drive in as it is Off Urban area…but country after that.
This is a wonderful property and perfect for our family who was attending a wedding at Ancient Lore. The cabin has a large great room and kitchen area, perfect for socializing. We were there during the rain from Hurricane XXX so we did could not take advantage of the pool or the pond.
Overall beautiful place we had a wonderful time. The owner called couple of times offering help with anything and if we needed anything very sweet and nice lady. Would recommend to anyone and with the hot days definitely enjoyed the pool
The property was great! Absolutely perfect for our football weekend in Knoxville. It's close to everything downtown and yet the size and seclusion of the property let you relax for quiet evenings when you want. We will definitely return the next time we're in Knoxville.
Everything we needed was available. 10 minutes away from our destination . Local food was delcious. Host jane was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Kids loved the outdoors and pool
Awesome time for UTK family weekend. Close to campus and all of the shopping. Also, a peaceful and quiet location to enjoy family time! Jane was wonderful and so welcoming! My kids got to swim, fish and enjoy the farm animals. It was a wonderful weekend!
Home was larger than we expected and extremely clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's located close to the football stadium, and less than an hours drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We look forward to returning next year.
This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, Jane was an Amazing host! Easy check in, everything was better than described, the pool over looks the pond in the back, the first day we were there the horses wandered up by our cabin to say hello. I just cant say enough about how amazing this place is! We plan to make it a regular vacation destination for years to come as long as Jane will have us back!
Everything about this property is perfect! So relaxing, kids had a blast! Close to attractions if you want to go out but staying in is just as good. The owner is an absolute angel!! Very tentative to any questions and willing to help if needed. Super clean and very welcoming feeling when you arrive. There is just nothing negative to say at all. If you are looking for a perfect vacation for your family. This property is it!!!
This place is amazing! Ms. Jane was super sweet and very helpful. She called me a few days before to go over everything and what to expect during our stay. She gave me her direct phone number so that I could contact her anytime. This place is very private and beautiful, yet 5 minutes from everything. It was perfect! There were four of us and we loved it.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay .. from swimming, to horseback riding , to fishing … Jane is wonderful and Heathrow the horse trainer is awesome. You cannot ask for a better location. We will absolutely 100 percent be back. Cannot wait 😊
Jane was such a gracious and hospitable host! She was eager to give her own time to drive is around the farm, show us the animals, and even saddle up her horse for us to ride. The farm was a quiet retreat after a crowded day at Dollywood. We'll be back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool too!
We had a wonderful experience here for a much needed break. Jane made sure we felt at home and even picked up groceries for us prior to our arrival. The house was very clean and excellent condition. Fully stocked kitchen, supplies, etc we didn't need to bring a thing. This perfect rental option allowed us to work remote (great wifi service) , while kids kept busy with walks, swimming, fishing, exploring the farm and animals. Easy and scenic drive to Gatlinburg/ Smokey Mountains. Highly recommend this for a private, relaxing family getaway. The kids were so sad to leave and begging to come back again.
Everything about this property was amazing. I read the reviews and was excited to meet Mrs.Jane. Well she went WAY ABOVE my expectations! She was a pleasant host and made our stay much more enjoyable. Some of our family did horseback riding and she rode the others around the property to do some sight seeing and give us some history of the property. The farm was a hit for our family! We will be back in the future. This is our new home away from home.
Tranquility Meets Convenience – A Perfect Retreat!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful log cabin nestled on 50 acres of land. It offered the peace and quiet of a secluded getaway while being just a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and local events. The property was well maintained, had a rustic feel, and the natural surroundings—enhanced by the farm animals and wildlife—made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind while staying close to modern conveniences.
