Very clean, updated and quiet...close to Ijam's / downtown
My wife and two adult children stayed two nights and it was clean, had been recently updated and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The host was very responsive and everything in the house worked as advertised.
The property was lovely and the location was a hidden gem. We did a ton of hiking on the trails that came out of the neighborhood. We loved being close to the city. Perfection all around!
We had to make a quick stay in Knoxville and this property was amazing. The hostess was exceptional and all the raving reviews about her was what made us book! It didn’t disappoint. The area was quiet but just down the street they had an adorable area with restaurants. Great location centralized to everything . The house while small was perfect for many many kids we had to bring along. The furniture was very kid friendly and the backyard was perfect for letting the older ones run. Will definitely keep this property on a list to book again on our next trip.
The location of the property was perfect for our stay. Close enough to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the mountains! The home was cozy and very clean. The property was very well maintained! The little personal touches of baked goods and snacks were perfect. Will stay here again when we visit Knoxville!
Thiresa has created a fabulous place that encompasses charm and a warm feeling of welcome.
From the moment we arrived it was home.
All details were thought of including all kitchen needs. The sign welcoming our family with provided water and snacks was that golden touch.
Beds were so comfortable with quality linens.
Wonderfully appointed and sparking clean! We stayed for the weekend while visiting our daughter at UTK. This house is so cute and Thiresa was a fabulous host making sure we had everything we needed. She has thought of everything including pods for the Keurig and so many nice little details! Loved all the fall decorations and the welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely stay again!
Charming, comfortable, three bedroom newly renovated property close to the University of Tennessee (an easy 10-minute drive) and downtown Knoxville. The owner is highly communicative and professional, and even had fresh baked cookies for us upon our arrival. House is exceptionally clean, with a full kitchen, grill, utensils, etc. Bedrooms are very spacious as well. Would definitely stay here again.
My dad had surgery and a lengthy hospital stay so needed a place close to UT Medical Center for my Mom and my family. It was a great location and an easy drive. We were there over Christmas and our host offered to decorate for us so we even had a Christmas tree! I was surprised that there weren’t more bath and bed linens for such a lengthy stay but our host delivered towels immediately when I inquired. She was very responsive.
