Small Secluded loft above barn (approx. 220sf). Privacy, yet 4 miles from Deadwood and 10 miles to Sturgis. Just off 14a, 3 miles down well maintained dirt road. Deep in the Hills near National Forest land. Open your window and listen to the creek. Walking path to private creek side. Enjoy peaceful evenings around fire pit. Wake up to deer in the meadow. Quick access to ATV trails (Camp 5 Area, check local regulations for ATV use). Come relax in this beautiful area. internet available, but NO TV or cell service, just enjoy the hills. Cell service by Wi-Fi calling only. Barn is located on host property, separated by horseshoe driveway.

Deadwood trip basecamp

Good location for a quiet stay , far enough from Deadwood to relax after a whirlwind day , and close enough to make the trip back to basecamp quick.

Great place to stay!

I loved everything about this place!! It's exactly as advertised. It's a studio in a barn. It's not fancy, but it's beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek on the property. The hosts are right there but respectful of privacy. Super nice people!!

Overnight Stay

We booked an overnight stay and everything was as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the heat was turned on before we got there to combat the chilly weather. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the hills!
