Welcome to your perfect private getaway!

Great place in the mountains to come and enjoy the great outdoors. Savour the seasons in this tranquil setting and take advantage of all that nature has to offer! Beautiful one acre yard right on the river with a campfire and BBQ.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower level space has everything you need for a comfortable, homeaway from home vacation.

Both bedrooms feature a queen size bed with extra space for up to 8 guests with 2 pull out style sofas & 2 sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot & full utensils to prep and cook your own meals.

This property is perfect for social gatherings as we have a games/ rec room with pingpong table, large dining table (seats 10) & a bar area. The games room opens up onto 1 acre of land with plenty of outdoor seating, 2 barbeques and a patio.

You can take a short stroll to your very own private beach and take full advantage by going for a swim, tubing down the river or even kayaking!

ATV TOURS into the mountains are available from our property for an additional charge. WIFI is $10.00.
Two campsites available on lower field which will not interfere with your stay.
Dogs must stay in pool table room when inside.

We are location just one hour from Pentiction & Osoyoos

Second stay at this nice, quiet and spacious property. Very peaceful, the massive yard area with fire pit and bbq area is great in the summer.

Check in process was easy. Lost power the first night for a few hours and the host brought us lanterns, lights, candles in case it was out for long. Lots of games and activities on site. Huge space.

The property was top notch. The yard was totally immaculate, the lawn was so nice. You could just lay right on it and it was so soft. And so green. The place was set up for games and entertainment everywhere. There was so much to do. We couldn't even do it all. It was so much fun!. And Rick was a total hoot as well. He came down for a visit and we really enjoyed hearing his stories and what not. What a great guy!

Quirky and clean

Rick greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. He told us how to contact him if we needed him. Rick asked us on check out day how everything was. Good host. Quirky, clean place with lots of thoughtful touches. Awesome outdoor space. Private and quiet. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The location worked for us. Wifi but no cel service. Not an issue for us.

This was a simple accommodation that worked very well for four adults.

We had a huge back yard that was on a river bank. The owner had a variety of spots in the yard for us to use, including a fire pit which we enjoyed the first night there. The vrbo was on the bottom floor of his house and it had two bedrooms and one bath. It was very clean and well maintained. It also had other rooms off the suite such as a bar area, a room with a ping pong table, a room with a large stereo system which we wish we had used, a room with a large table that had an open area where you could sit at the open air bar seat and enjoy the view if the back yard. They prefer that the dogs don’t come in the house, which we didn’t know, so we compromised to suit both parties. He was easy to work with and left us on our own for the full time we were there.

Princeton Stay

The place was perfect for me and my family. The pictures don't do it justice and the property is way bigger & nicer than the photos (extra bonus for us). Going down to the river was a longer trail than I expected, not for physically challenged(eg: knee or hip issues). but beautiful all the same. The only suggestion would be to add a fan/ventilation in the bathroom and some air freshener spray. as you walk by the inside bathroom you can smell the septic tank (I assume that that was what the odor was). and some disinfectant wipes in the outhouse and hand sanitizer in the out house would be beneficial as well. other than that all was good. Oh and a later check out would be nice. but we were ready anyways so we just left earlier before 10am. Rick was cool and we enjoyed our stay.

Peacefulness!

Rick was a great host. We came for a moms weekend away and all we wanted to do was sleep, eat and sit by the fire and river. We did just that and enjoyed every minute! However this place would be great for the opposite! Good party, roaring fire, all kinds of yard games. The suite itself was very clean and stocked with whatever u needed for time away. I hope to be back!

Great place to get away from the city for awhile.

Quiet getaway in a great area

Rick accommodated our late check in and was very welcoming. Beautiful scenery and excellent ATV ride up the mountain which was provided by Rick and Dwyane.
