This lakefront 1-story condo sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms two baths and a TV in each master. Love fishing? We have rods and a kayak. Community heated pool and fitness center with pool table and ping pong table along with a bocce court. Tennis courts along with a pickleball court are also available. Outlet and other shopping is convenient with many AWESOME restaurants. Property has a screened lanai and outdoor patio both with a beautiful east-view morning lake views...great breakfast and coffee spot!!!

We hail from southern New Jersey and were drawn to Fort Myers years ago. The location is fantastic. Fort Myers is a quieter town than many in the area which means less traffic and more relaxing. Sanibel island (nature preserver makes up most of the island...google "Ding Darling" and you'll find out), Fort Myers Beach, the ferry to Key West are several great things about our area. Downtown Fort Myers AND Cape Coral have many great restaurants and if you love fishing or other water activities...this is such a great place to experience them.

The lakefront! The views are awesome and our lakes is home to many fish, fowl and other animals...like our resident otter!!

What makes this property unique

The property sits on a peninsula and offers spectacular sunrises and views of the lake. Take a look at a map and you will see that we are close to the Caloosahatchee River as well.
