NEW DOCK, PATIO AND POOL ENCLOSURE COMPLETE WITH HEATED POOL! We are back on the market following a complete renovation. This is a clean, fresh and updated home, comfortable for six people. The home is a very short distance to the Caloosahatchee River and has direct access, just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Located near the yacht club and beach in a very safe neighborhood. It has a large pool, a dock for fishing, and parking a boat on the canal. It has an open floor plan with three bedrooms (king, queen and queen), three full baths, large living room, Florida/sitting room, a sliding glass door off of the kitchen that opens to the pool and patio, fully supplied kitchen and nice laundry room. The third bathroom is pool side, grill is available, along with plenty of outdoor seating in the enclosed pool/lanai area.

This home is in a pedestrian friendly area with sidewalks leading to restaurants and shopping, easy bike riding and walking. The Boathouse Restaurant and beach is a very short distance away. Come enjoy Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area with many establishments within a 5 mile radius.

Paradise!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children, 14 and 11, while also visiting my sister who is a Cape Coral local. The property is FABULOUS! Everything was beautiful and well thought out. We loved the pool and fishing on the canal! The kitchen and baths were complete with just what we needed. We were close to everything, in a great neighborhood! Cheri was easy to communicate with through the entire process and even invited us to check in early if we arrived in town earlier! Can't wait to return to Cape Coral, and hopefully stay in this superb property again!

Coronado Arches…the best place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. Plenty of seating, an outdoor tv, sound system, and bathroom. We explored Cape Coral by bike and really enjoyed the easy access of bike trails. Great location for restaurants and beach. Cheri is an excellent host! Thanks for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sunshine!

We purchased the home winter of 2019. It has been completely renovated and updated. We love the area of South Cape Coral and continue to spend more of our time here. We bought the home to enjoy and to also make it available for those who want to experience Cape Coral. It's a perfect family get away.
