About this property

Very beautiful old house completely renovated overlooking a walled garden, located in the village near the park and the castle of Commarin.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the dining room, living room and WC
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and possibility of an additional child's bed), a bathroom with toilet.
The rooms on the ground floor lead directly onto a large garden with the possibility of parking, separated from the rest of the property by a large hedge.
The village of Commarin includes a bakery and a café and, in the surrounding area, all the shops are available in Sombernon (7km) and Pouilly en Auxois (10km).

Les millors vacances de la nostra vida

Meravelloses tres setmanes de vacances en una preciosa antiga casa familar situada en un petit poblet al cor de la Borgonya. Rodejats de tanta bellesa, pau i cels estelats teníem la impressió de viure en una altra època: el Castell de Commarin i el de Chateauneuf, camps de girasol i mostassa, turonets verds, grans pastures amb ramats de bous descansant a l'ombra, minúsculs poblets convivin en harmonia amb la natura, els boscos de La Bussière, l'aigua sempre present amb el llac de Panthier on hem nedat i el Canal de Bourgogne des d'on hem fet llargues caminades.. Però el millor ha estat l'hospitalitat i cordialitat d'en Jean-Emmanuel i Françoise, els propietaris que viuen al costat i veure tot l'amor que hi posen en la cura dels seus horts, jardins i plantes. Tornar cada dia a aquesta gran confortable casa plena de records i detalls després d'un llarg calorós dia i trobar-la tan fresca i acollidora ha estat un plaer. El cotxe ha estat imprescindible per poder anar al supermercat i comerços del bonic poblet de Sombernon a 7 km o per visitar les històriques ciutats de Dijon i Baune a tan sols 30 minuts, on ens ha sorprès la bellesa de la seva arquitectura i museus o d'altres tresors com l'Abadia de Fontenay i el poblet medieval de Semur-en-Auxois. Sense cap dubte, la tria de la Maison de Colette ha estat clau en fer les nostres vacances molt molt especials...

Maison spacieuse, confortable et très bien tenue qui a gardé son âme et son charme. Agréable jardin pour repas et détente en extérieur- hôtes accueillants, discrets, qui savent rester disponibles.

Very nice and a lot of room

Very nice place. A lot of room and a very nice private garden. All equipement we needed. Old, but very clean. Nice welcome from very friendly hosts who speak good English. Close to a lot of sights (Dijon, Beaune, Autun etc.) We really recommend this place!

Belle découverte !

Quelle belle semaine avons-nous passée en famille ! Maison très agréable, lumineuse et fraîche avec cette canicule ! Propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, spacieuse et joliment décorée avec des propriétaires gentils et si accueillants. Maison idéalement placée entre Dijon et Beaune. Je conseillerai cette location à ma famille et mes amis. Encore un grand merci à Françoise et son mari !
