This very peaceful, welcoming 2 bed, 2 bath, property in the country is very unique and conducive to a rejuvenating relaxing stay. Sleeps a total of 6 people using the queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size and twin size bed in the second bedroom and a twin size fold out ottoman in the living room.The babbling brook with picnic table and campfire setting are just one of the many extras. This home has been totally renovated, is very clean and fresh. The location is only minutes away from Lily Dale, Fredonia, Lake Erie Beaches and so much more for a great stay and value.

Great setup with an extremely clean and convenient property! Extremely thoughtful landlord who was available at a moments notice when I locked myself out yet have us the privacy we liked when visiting with family. This was such a great visit that I am already looking for another set of dates to do it again!

Forestville family reunion

This is our second stay at Charlene's property for an annual 4th of July family reunion. We had an enjoyable stay for 2 couples and a 6 mo old infant. The home was well suited for our needs and Charlene was very accommodating and responsive. We were appreciative for her allowing us to check in early with our baby!

Then they plan on working on the wet area on the trail with a little bridge and stone walk. l can't wait and they are also going to put up an old fashion swing with a wood flat seat. Enjoy!

Beautiful peaceful stay at the Joy of Life!

The Joy of Life is in a wonderfully peaceful setting and is the most well stocked home I have stayed in. We attended a retreat that took up the full days so we're weren't able to spend much time outdoors, but it was so joyful to come home to the Joy of Life. Charlene has taken care of all details and is a lovely caring host. We absolutely loved our stay!♥️😊

We enjoyed staying at the Joy of life.

We spent Spring Break at the Joy of life, to visit family in the area. The owner Charlene was very nice and welcoming. The house is on a nice piece of property with a little creek that runs through it The house was nice and clean and had everything you expect and need when staying in away from home. WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR VISIT. We definitely will be back.

Amazing place feels like home
