Our home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, one with a jetted bathtub. Guests can relax with amenities like: a/c, a full coffee bar, bar set-up, gameroom, record player, cassette player/radio, 3 tv's with Roku, electric fireplace, large closets, security, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, garbage disposal, 3 season screened-in porch, bistro set on porch, 2 sets of outdoor patio seatings, clothesline, washer/dryer, big backyard, 2 car off road parking, hair dryer, curling iron, and an ironing board with a flat iron. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put load of linens/towels in washer with provided tab.
Take trash out in garbage bags and put in patio garbage can. Make sure the lids is on.
5 cent returnable bottles/ cans should be washed and placed under the right kitchen sink in the bagged laundry basket.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets, smoking, vaping or firearms are allowed anywhere on our property. No partying in our quiet neighborhood.
As per our zoning certificate, the maximum # of guests is 6 persons. No extra overnight guests. Also, no parties or events are allowed.
Please don't move any furniture for any reason. Our Roomba has mapped out our house for cleaning purposes. Thanks.

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter's Senior Recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable - it felt just like home. I especially appreciated the fully appointed kitchen as I had to prepare some snacks for the reception after the recital. Nancy was very responsive and it was our pleasure to stay at this VRBO.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet and so convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to SUNY Fredonia. Downtown Fredonia is a 10 minute walk. There's so much to do! Neighbors are friendly and sincere. I love this neighborhood! I think you will enjoy the location.

What makes this property unique

My spacious smoke free property is quiet,newly remodeled, well maintained, air conditioned, and has the capacity for 2 guest cars or trucks in the driveway. It's very inviting too! The home is well decorated for each season. Solar and battery lighting augments the electric lighting sources. It has a lot of amenities to make your visit enjoyable. My favorite part of the house is the laundry/ leisure room that boasts a full gameroom. There are 3 tvs throughout the home. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I think you will enjoy the jetted bathtub in the larger bathroom. There is a drink station that boasts a wine chiller, bar accessories, ice bucket, and a variety of glasses to serve drinks. Our diningroom has a unique Dolly Parton themed coffee/ tea bar. It's an added plus! Visitors don't have to leave in order to get a morning cup of coffee. If you want to go to Starbucks... it's a 5 minute walk to the campus. Or, head to downtown Fredonia and enjoy a nice meal at The White Inn or other fine choices. My property has a gorgeous 3 season enclosed, private, back porch. It's a great place to relax! There's 2 additional outdoor areas to sit and relax during good weather. Both areas have umbrellas to shade if needed. Another great feature is the variety of comfortable seats in the livingroom that face the TV and the electric fireplace. There's ample CO2 and smoke alarms throughout the house to ensure safety. We have enhanced security outside to ensure a safe visit. Our front door is coded and secure. My house is newly renovated. The majority of the house has lifeproof flooring. We have only 2 steps in our house so it's easily accessible. Also, all appliances are brand new. You will enjoy this Fredonia jewel!
