The western exposure means that you'll be able to see spectacular Florida sunsets while swimming in the pool or grilling This house is pet friendly but there is a $75 pet fee per pet. Washer and dryer are in the laundry room. Located in south Cape Coral, the house Palm Tree is just 5 minutes away from the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Cape Harbor, and the bridge to Fort Myers. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are only 25 minutes away.
