Open and Bright Pool Home On Direct Sailboat Access Canal (just 8 minutes to the River). Wonderful Split Bedroom Floor Plan Perfect For the Entire Family, or Couples Retreat. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the perfect "get-a-way". The kitchen is fully equipped and a Chef's delight. The western exposure pool/screened lanai area has plenty of seating for outdoor barbequing and entertaining, or just lounging by the pool while you enjoy your favorite beverage Open up the 16' pocket sliders and bring the outdoors in. If you need to bring your work with you, not to worry, you have high speed internet, as well as a printer. Games, beach toys, pack 'n play, bikes and all the fun stuff you'd expect in a vacation rental. Step inside and say Wow! Located close to great restaurant, shopping, the beaches, downtown River district, airports, ball parks and numerous attractions, you won't be disappointed. Boat and Kayak rentals close by. Wonderful location. Extremely clean. We felt like we were home because if we needed a band-aid, spices for a dish we were cooking, even Q-tips, it was there! List of great restaurants nearby, nice bikes. I mean it had it all. You will not be disappointed at all.

Wonderful Stay with Young Family

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous waterfront home. The linai was a highlight, allowing the warm fresh air to fill the house. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for kids, there is a deep step that lines one long side so it gives the non-swimmers more place to play. We also loved that there is a huge collection of beach gear which made our day on Sanibel Island fantastic. The home was beautiful, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and fantastic location.

HI, we are the Stark's (no relation to "Tony") and we grew up in Toledo, Ohio. WE have 7 children and 14 grand children who are scattered all around the globe. We purchased our home here in sunny SW Florida in 2004 visiting frequently until we decided to make it our permanent residence in 2006. Paul still owns a Men's clothing store in Holland, Ohio, and Susan has continued to work in Real Estate.
We purchased this home in December of 2016, and have done a tremendous amount of remodeling to make it the perfect Vacation get-a-way.

Why they chose this property

We decided on Cape Coral because so many of our friends have purchased homes here, and the beaches, night life and weather are hard to beat. There is ALWAYS something to do, the people are friendly and when we travel, we enjoy having a home to kick back and relax in after a day of adventures. You will find you may not want to leave!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Fish from your own dock, rent a kayak or a boat, adventure out and explore the many parks and nature trails. Visit the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, take in a ball game, golf, jet ski, parasail, do some shelling. But, most of all be sure to just come home to your own retreat and relax by the pool and say AAAAHHHHHHH!!!
