This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and decorated cute. The resort had plenty to do for kids and adults we didn’t even leave the property a couple days just ate at the on site restaurants and enjoyed the amenities, which was also delicious. The entire resort is fenced and gated which provided a sense of extra security. Our favorite part of this Condo was the view from the Balcony. You can see for miles!! We hope to come back to this same site in the future.

Condo Needs Updates

The photos must have been taken 15 years ago. The bathrooms really need work! Loved the area and views. Supplies were stingy. Toilet paper ran out and we had to purchase some. Only 1 garbage bag, not good, Gated off areas for construction yet we never saw any construction during the week we were there, made all the walks longer. Quarterdeck food and service was good and portions were good.

Extremely easy checkin process and the property manager called us as soon as they were done cleaning to say we could come early if we were waiting to checkin. The property itself was very dated. From the elevators and parking it was like a 20-30 minute ordeal, if not longer. The walls are paper thin, which wasn’t the best but my kids didn’t seem to be bothered so maybe it was just the master bedroom. The amenities are another great addition, but everything is so far apart from each other. The restaurant and bar at the pool was pretty cool. They also have 2 little stores in the hotel which was nice too. All and all it was a great time. It’s not a brand new place by any means but it is a comfortable place to stay.

Lyndsey, we are glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay. Our condo has recently been remodeled so I assume you are referring to the overall resort itself. The resort is doing a lot of updating. I personally think it is a nice resort overall. I'm sorry it was noisy for you. I've stayed there myself many times and have never had an issue with that inside of the condo. However, July is probably the busiest time of the year down there so there are a lot of people at the resort during this time period. That will mean additional noise, Waits on the elevators and parking. It's the same anywhere down there at that time of the year. Not sure what was far apart for you. It is a resort and is spread out. Luckily, the building this condo is in is Ocean front, the gazebo with food and music is right outside of this building, there is an arcade for the kids in this building as well as a restaurant and store. At the end of the day it sounds like you and your family enjoyed yourselves and we are always happy to hear that.

Great Place to Stay

The location was ideal. The views are great. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach access was not bad at all. The outdoor pool closest to the condo was a bit crowded so we stayed on the beach mainly. The indoor pool you need to drive up to it if you have some children. The water slide area we didn’t go to it. The coin laundry area on first floor you needed to go early or wait on machines. So instead of washing towels and washcloths we bought some at Kohl’s. Grocery stores and shopping centers are within a short drive. In other reviews it was mentioned the condo was outdated. To me that is someone’s place with their own design. I didn’t pay attention to it because we slept there and that is about it. The beds were comfortable. Our time was spent on the beach and the balcony. Lots of other families were staying there. We enjoy our stay.

Since the comment you referenced the condo has been re-done with some new furniture and decor. It's a lovely condo. Family vacation

Everything that was within the control of the property owner was great. The condo was clean and thoughtful. There were games, beach chairs etc. One elevator was down and the wait for elevators was not pleasant as it was busy. The property is under renovations currently but that didn’t impact the stay too badly. Our entire floor wreaked of marijuana, as soon as you stepped off the elevator. This is no fault of the owner of this condo as we assumed it was other guests. The odor followed down onto the beach. As one of our daughters as asthma it presented as problematic at times. I am unsure if we would have had a different experience at anywhere else near there that weekend. We enjoyed the proximity to Walmart.

Le condo et les installations étaient tel qu'annoncés, pas de surprises. Le condo est bien equippé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille. La plage est belle, l'eau est chaude et nous avons apprécié le fait d'y être litteralement à côté. Trés animé les soirs, mais on n'entends pas le bruit avec les portes fermées (ce qui est nécessaire pour garder l'air climatisé). La propreté du batiment n'étais pas top, mais encore acceptable. En somme, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dan le Ressort.

We had a good stay, condo was exactly what is in the listing. Only downside to this property is the elevators. Don’t expect to go down or up quickly during peak times. We waited 30 mins one day for an elevator during dinner time. Also waited 10 mins before using steps to go down.
